"We came here for a night after staying at local minsu stay. Hotel stay is really of a different standard and clean. We enjoyed the stay fully! Bed and pillows were super comfy. We had some issues with the warmer but they promptly sent one portable warmer for us. Hotel is also super sweet to provide free bottles of water even after the ones in the room are finished. Just give reception a call! Recommended!"

"We stayed at the Suiseki Hotel in mid-October, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities like a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. They even thoughtfully provided bath bombs and toiletries. The bathtub was large, perfect for a relaxing soak. It was a shame the sauna was under maintenance, so we couldn't try it. The landlady and staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since we were foreign tourists and didn't have local phone numbers, the hotel couldn't reach us and even worried that we wouldn't be able to find the place. The hotel's location is a bit secluded, making it hard to get takeout delivered. However, the room had instant noodles and snacks available for purchase, and you could also order hotpot and Northeastern Chinese dishes. We tried the cold noodles, and they were quite good. In the morning, the surrounding scenery was beautiful. We took many photos while walking back from the Suiseki rafting. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable environment and attentive service, making it ideal for travelers looking to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. Oh, one last thing: the breakfast was delicious! Especially the millet porridge! 🤤"

When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. "Taking my parents and kids to Changbai Mountain, choosing the right hotel was absolutely crucial! The family room at Ibis Changbai Mountain completely exceeded our expectations; we were comfortable and worry-free throughout our stay, and I really have to sing its praises. First off, the room is genuinely perfect for family travel! Two adults and two children fit comfortably with plenty of space for the kids to play freely. The decor is a light luxury, post-modern style, with an elegant and warm ambiance that's very relaxing. The 55-inch LCD TV and wall-to-wall Wi-Fi made it super convenient for the kids to watch cartoons and for the adults to research travel plans. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the private bathroom had 24-hour hot water with strong pressure and stable temperature. The toilet even had a heating function – so many thoughtful details! The location is definitely a huge plus! It's only a fifteen-minute walk to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, so no need to worry about taxis to the Changbai Mountain scenic area. Directly opposite is the Wetland Flower Sea Park; we could smell the flowers just by opening the window, and taking a leisurely stroll with the family in the evening was lovely. It's also not far from the Edelweiss Camp and Cloudtop Market, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Even more surprisingly, the hotel offers a free high-speed rail station transfer service; just book in advance, and someone will be there to meet you. This was a lifesaver with elderly parents and children, saving us from lugging luggage around. The transfer driver even thoughtfully shared travel tips, which was incredibly useful! The service was so warm it was touching! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and patient, making check-in efficient. They also proactively recommended local delicacies and sightseeing routes. The breakfast was a Chinese and Western buffet with a rich variety, including local specialty beef soup rice that both the kids and parents enjoyed. The dining staff were also very kind. Any requests during our stay were promptly answered via WeChat, and at check-out, they even proactively asked if we needed water for the road. The entire experience was simply excellent. The value for money is absolutely fantastic – clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and with thoughtful service. It's perfect for both family trips and vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next visit to Changbai Mountain and have already recommended it to friends who are planning to go!"

"The hotel is huge with a great environment and a convenient location, just ten minutes from the high-speed train station when you leave. The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, and the driver was punctual. The front desk staff were warm and attentive in their service. It's also close to Enduli and various activities. The Guardian Hot Spring is very unique. The security guard and a lovely lady from Shandong working at the bathhouse were both very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the late-night noodles were delicious. They even have robots deliver takeout, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the North Slope."

"This hotel is incredibly comprehensive and very kid-friendly. We had a car charter for the week, so we didn't need a shuttle service, but the butler, Shanqiu Songyue, proactively contacted us in advance to ask if we needed one. This time, we took the hotel's special bus directly to Changbai Mountain. My child fed animals at the hotel's pet park, rode a snowmobile, and even experienced soaking in hot springs in minus 20-degree weather! These extra amenities absolutely made the two-thousand-plus RMB a night price tag worth it. The hotel is also very thoughtful; children even get free little socks when they go to the hot springs. On the second night, my younger child threw up, and after a call, they changed the sheets right away. We also requested a bowl of clear noodle soup, and they didn't even charge us for it."

"Transitioning from the Wanda Hyatt to this hotel was like moving from hell to heaven. The price was comparable (even 100 cheaper), yet everything, from service to amenities, was vastly superior. Upon entering the room, we found honey tea already brewed in a thermos and a beautifully arranged fruit platter. (They provide different nightly tea drinks and fresh fruit daily throughout your stay, featuring local specialties like peaches and blueberries.) The in-room coffee and tea selection were elevated by several notches, and we even received a small jar of linden honey (it was so delicious, I ended up buying some!). In the evenings, the lobby bar offered complimentary beverages and alcoholic drinks. The Hyatt, on the other hand, only had a selection of chargeable snacks and drinks, with common fruits like apples and bananas only available on the day of check-in. The hot spring pools here offer an unbeatable view, and the overall hot spring environment is fantastic. We even spotted several chipmunks! Going in the afternoon meant there was hardly anyone around, allowing us to take photos freely. The Wanda's summer hot springs, however, were a stark contrast – it was like a sardine can, with people crammed around every pool, and a 2-3 person queue for each shower (though strangely, the men's showers had no queues). Given that this hotel is less crowded, we were always able to snag a lovely window seat for breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredibly refined, featuring delicacies like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, chicken feet, spare ribs, and large prawns. They also offered different noodle dishes daily, including Tonkotsu ramen. The soy milk and various porridges were significantly superior to the mass-produced options often found elsewhere. While the sheer variety might not match that of bustling, queue-heavy hotels like the Hyatt, it absolutely triumphs in terms of quality! This hotel provides a full set of children's amenities, including adorable slippers, bathrobes, and even kid-friendly body lotion. In stark contrast, the Hyatt only offered children's slippers and bathrobes (during my multi-day stay, one day they even missed the bathrobe entirely), with absolutely no other provisions – even the toothbrushes provided were adult-sized. The shuttle service here is excellent: a private car and dedicated driver for each family. They were also very helpful with luggage, and the timing was always perfect – we'd just finish exploring the area and the car would be ready to pick us up. If I were forced to find a fault, it would be that the flooring in some areas felt a bit old and had a tendency to creak."

During my morning soak, a few snowflakes occasionally landed on my shoulder, while the evening bath offered a view of the stars and moon. The mist swirling around the hot springs created a mysterious, winding path, and the damp moss on the stone walls glowed softly in the lantern light. The day I checked out, I felt as if the hot spring water had softened and mellowed me, like a fresh patch of melting snow in the mountains."
