First, the hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are brand new, and there's no strange odor in the rooms, which is a major plus for families with kids. Second, the location is very convenient, close to the North Slope scenic area, as well as nearby attractions like the Wetland Flower Sea and Reindeer Park, making our itinerary feel completely unhurried. The hotel's breakfast buffet was a highlight; it offered not only standard dishes but also integrated local specialties, which my child enjoyed trying. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service was incredibly practical, saving us the hassle of hailing a taxi with luggage and a child."

"We have an enjoyable stay 4 night stay at the hotel. Our butler 小贺 was responsive to our needs and did his best to ensure that we are well taken care of. A special shout out to our 百度 driver 刘先生。He is friendly and informative. Went beyond his duties to assist us on our enquiries and even suggested options when our 1st choice is not available. He is definitely an asset to the hospitality industry. As for the hotel amenities, perhaps the management could consider installing a few more washing machines to cater guests when the hotel is serving at its full capacity. Like to thank the 阿姨 who cook our noodles at the canteen every morning during breakfast. She maintains professionalism even at the peak of the breakfast hours."

"Well, what can I say? After staying at so many hotels over the years, this is the first time I've encountered a front desk that didn't answer the phone after several tries. The hotel offers airport/station pickup. The driver added me on WeChat and then kept aggressively recommending other tours and private car services, which I guess is understandable as they're trying to drum up business. However, our itinerary was already set. He then tried to push a private car to the North Slope, but unfortunately, we'd already bought our high-speed train tickets. Later, we found the hotel shuttle time for departure wasn't suitable, so we just took a taxi ourselves. Erdaobaihe town is lovely, and the Scaly-sided Merganser Park is great. The *dagaao* (sticky rice cake) sold by an old man outside the East Gate was the best we've had these past few days. But the hotel... I probably won't be coming back. Unless you don't care about service."

They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the front desk remotely guided me to a parking spot, saving me from driving around unnecessarily. During check-in, the staff patiently explained local Korean ethnic cuisine recommendations and even helped us plan a mountain entry route that avoided backtracking. Due to the significant temperature difference between morning and evening, the front desk thoughtfully provided hot water. When I suddenly needed to print my mountain entry voucher, they printed it for me free of charge, demonstrating incredibly high efficiency. Communication was smooth throughout my stay, and the staff were always polite and accommodating, ready to help with anything.
