LLynnOhWe had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. There was healthy tea available for guests in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. Even the security guards were helpful and happy to provide information – they even rushed to help carry our luggage down the steps.
Breakfast was served in the library, which has a beautiful decoration and a wide selection of food.
The best part of our stay, however, was the hotel's thoughtful service. They helped my daughter – who is currently in London – order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me in the room for Mother's Day. I had no idea about this arrangement. Shortly after we checked in, reception knocked on my door with the flowers. What a pleasant surprise!
It's truly impressive that such great customer service can be delivered even online. Highly recommended!

That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and very clean, with a nice aesthetic. We had two 29-inch suitcases and there was still plenty of space. It's conveniently located with lots of dining options nearby. What I appreciated most was the early check-in. I arrived on an international flight early in the morning and was so tired, so I was really glad the hotel let me check in, otherwise I'd have been stranded. The front desk lady was also very welcoming.
