GGuest UserThe Bellagio Hotel is great! I started booking hotels two months ago when I finalized my Xinjiang itinerary, and I chose this one for my Urumqi stop. What really attracted me was their foot massage service, and it's also not far from the Erdaogou Grand Bazaar. As soon as I arrived, a staff member immediately came to help with my luggage and greeted me warmly throughout. They even offered coffee in the afternoon, which was a nice touch! It's a new hotel with smart room features throughout, and the vanity and shower areas are separated, which is perfect for families as you don't have to queue for the bathroom. When I wanted to try a different specialty pillow, they promptly swapped it out, and any questions I had were quickly resolved. I had a very comfortable stay.

That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right opposite Urumqi Station, and the lobby is on the 18th floor. When I checked in, the front desk staff, seeing I was alone, kindly offered me a bottle of water. I arrived at 1 AM, and the concierge, Shuangxi, even upgraded my room and included breakfast. The service was excellent. The room itself was clean, and the bathroom even had alcohol wipes. It's a great choice for a layover!

MMaidoumm^(oo)^Booked two rooms here. Originally, we planned to stay in Fuyun because we were going to Tianchi the next day. However, since we'd already made it all the way to Urumqi, we decided to stay for a night and explore. We booked this hotel last minute. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar, about an 8-10 minute walk, and the area around it is bustling with activity. Finding food is super convenient; there are restaurants and a small mall downstairs. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the great location makes up for it! It really depends on what you're looking for.
