"An excellent choice for transit and business trips! The hotel's location and service are practically tailor-made for transit passengers and those arriving on early morning flights. It's only a 5-minute walk from the airport, and last night a private car picked me up – such convenient direct access was incredibly thoughtful for someone like me, weary from my journey with luggage! Moreover, I booked airport transfer for 5 AM this morning, and the front desk woke me up so the car was waiting patiently at the door with its hazard lights flashing. Frankly, in the pitch-black, sub-zero temperatures of the early morning, I was deeply touched! I only stayed one night in Urumqi during my trip back to my hometown for the Chinese New Year, and this newly opened Home Inn provided a perfect ending to my hectic trip with its many thoughtful details. I highly recommend this refreshing Home Inn to anyone catching a flight or visiting Urumqi for the first time."

"The location is unbeatable. We arrived at the hotel basically 5 minutes' walk after exiting the airport, which was incredibly convenient and quick for us as we were in transit and our flight delay meant we didn't arrive until early morning. Ms. Mi at the front desk was very polite and gentle, and even upgraded our twin room booking (which we had bought as an activity package) to a king-sized bed room. The hotel's decor and design are fresh and modern, comparable to 4-5 star hotel standards. To be able to stay for 350 yuan, and with the luggage cart able to go directly into the room, is really excellent. However, there's a very serious issue: the room temperature was too high. With central floor heating and no windows that could be opened, and the air conditioning set to 26 degrees Celsius upon entry, we were sweating 🥵. We essentially had to turn on the cold air conditioning to balance it out. This sauna-like feeling was very uncomfortable for me, being quite sensitive, and made it hard to sleep. I think I even caught a cold now. I hope the hotel can improve the temperature regulation issue."

"I was here for a business trip and the hotel environment was great. The front desk service was excellent, and they even gave me a free room upgrade. The room was equipped with instant coffee and tea, and there was a rich breakfast spread. Plus, they offer free parking. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Almost every trip, I choose Atour, and this time I was with my family. The service was impeccable. The lady at the front desk had such a great attitude, she was super enthusiastic. We had a child with us and were worried they wouldn't be able to eat the food outside, so after talking to Chuyang, she helped us contact the restaurant. They made egg-fried rice for our child and even thoughtfully sent a yogurt, free of charge, directly to our room. It was truly a personal touch. The housekeeping staff also helped us install a bed rail, which we really appreciated. Staying at Atour truly feels just like home, it's so heartwarming. This newly opened Atour is very close to the airport. All the facilities in the room are perfect, and it's clean and tidy. It's also convenient for getting around. Thumbs up to the staff, five-star rating!!!"

Upon entering the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly, helped with my luggage, and quickly checked me in, instantly relaxing my tired body and soul. The room was cozy and the bedding was soft and comfortable. All my fatigue melted away the moment I lay down, and the fragrance was truly wonderful! I loved it! The hotel is in a great location, right near the airport, and offers free airport transfers, which is a real plus for someone like me who's rushing to catch a flight. Furthermore, there are numerous snack bars and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to get groceries and eat. The breakfast was delicious and varied, catering to every taste. "Convenience to the Departure terminal, comfort, great service, decent breakfast; enjoyed my short stay : 1. There are 2 sister hotels; the Jing Rui & Jing Yu. There's an indoor link bridge from both to the international Departure Hall. Merely walked my luggage from my hotel room in about 10 mins. 2. Strongly recommend staying if you have a short layover. 3. Suggest serving coffee/ tea @ breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel exceeded all other expectations. Thank you !"

From the heartwarming service upon arrival to the nutritious buffet breakfast and the clean and tidy guest rooms, every detail showed just the right amount of care, making it the perfect choice for business travelers. During check-in, the enthusiasm and professionalism of the front desk staff (referred to as ”Li Jiaxin”) left a deep impression. They were all smiles, efficient, and quickly completed all the formalities, even thoughtfully reminding me of breakfast time and elevator location. When I casually mentioned wanting a quiet room, the staff immediately checked availability and changed me to a room away from the elevator – this attentiveness far exceeded my expectations. Throughout my stay, whether I encountered cleaning staff or security personnel in the hallway, they all greeted me proactively, making me feel very welcome. The Ji Hotel's breakfast was another highlight. The restaurant was bright and clean, with the food arranged neatly and the variety abundant yet refined. It offered classic Chinese breakfast items like steamed buns, fried dough sticks, and soy milk, as well as Western options such as bread, coffee, and salads, satisfying different tastes. The ingredients were all very fresh, and the dishes in the hot food section were always kept warm, resulting in excellent taste. The most surprising thing was that they also offered freshly cooked noodles and wontons, with toppings of your choice. A bowl of these warmed you up completely, setting the stage for a vibrant day. The room cleanliness was impeccable, truly deserving of the ”sparkling clean” rating. Upon opening the door, there was no unpleasant odor, replaced instead by a subtle tea aroma. The bed was made perfectly, the sheets and duvet covers were spotless and wrinkle-free. The bathroom's glass partition was immaculate, the countertops and floor were spotless, and the toilet was thoroughly disinfected, giving you peace of mind. The room was neatly arranged, with everything from toiletries to tea sets thoughtfully provided. Even the charging outlets on the bedside table were conveniently located. Furthermore, the hotel's soundproofing was commendable. Closing the door shut out outside noise, allowing those who had been traveling all day to get a good night's sleep. Check-out was equally efficient and quick, with staff even proactively inquiring about the guest's experience, making the guest feel truly valued. From service to food to cleanliness, All Seasons Hotel impresses with its attention to detail. While lacking luxurious décor, it exudes comfort and peace of mind throughout.
