"The place is okay for a short stay. The room was clean. However there are some things that bothered me during my stay: - Bathroom is very small, and the water was leaking to the room after the shower. There's no towel to put on the floor to make it dry - Every day I returned to the hotel my key card was unable to open the door. I had to go to the reception to reactivate my card - Laundry room has 3 washing machines, however they are always occupied. People load the machines, and not coming back to take their clothes after work finished. You also can't unload the machines, because all baskets occupied as well. I saw some people just take the clothes from the machines and put it randomly in the room, then the owner coming back and can't find it. Very messy."

The reading nook and lounge sofas in the common area were cleverly designed. The Atour bedding was soft yet supportive, and lying down instantly melted away my fatigue. The soundproofing was also quite good. The toiletries had a particularly pleasant woody scent, which was very unique. I especially want to commend Jinwen and Lingli at the front desk! They were all smiles throughout, speaking in gentle and friendly tones. They handled my check-in efficiently and patiently, and even offered to help with my luggage. When I checked out, they gave me a farewell gift. Both the hotel breakfast and late-night snacks were high-quality and varied. From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel warm and at ease."

"Arrived very late at night, but the lovely lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming. My room was arranged exactly as requested in the notes, and it was spotlessly clean with all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning and bedding were both extremely comfortable."

"Almost every trip, I choose Atour, and this time I was with my family. The service was impeccable. The lady at the front desk had such a great attitude, she was super enthusiastic. We had a child with us and were worried they wouldn't be able to eat the food outside, so after talking to Chuyang, she helped us contact the restaurant. They made egg-fried rice for our child and even thoughtfully sent a yogurt, free of charge, directly to our room. It was truly a personal touch. The housekeeping staff also helped us install a bed rail, which we really appreciated. Staying at Atour truly feels just like home, it's so heartwarming. This newly opened Atour is very close to the airport. All the facilities in the room are perfect, and it's clean and tidy. It's also convenient for getting around. Thumbs up to the staff, five-star rating!!!"

"Special shout-out to Ouyang, their service was excellent! The room was great, and the amenities were also top-notch. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. They even helped me with my luggage, I almost felt embarrassed! The hotel is very new. When I first checked in, one room had a slight smoke smell, and they immediately switched me to another, which was fantastic. When I checked out, they even gave me a large bag of souvenirs. They also offered me a drink in the lobby. Highly recommend!"

"As an Atour member, I've always found their service and overall quality to be excellent, which is why I chose this particular Atour for my trip. However, I felt the service at this location was completely subpar. After breakfast, my whole family of three ended up with diarrhea. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they'd inform the manager, but there was no follow-up call whatsoever. This shows that the hotel doesn't care about its guests' health. Another issue was also service-related. In my original room, there was constant jumping and thumping from the floor above. I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms, and after a wait, they moved me. However, when I saw the new room, the window was much smaller than in the previous room, it was angled, and seemed to have a 'bay window' design, making it impossible to close properly. I asked the front desk if someone could come up and take a look, questioning why the window was so much smaller than the previous room. They said to wait, and I waited for about 40 minutes with no one showing up. Eventually, I couldn't wait any longer and went out to eat, telling the front desk to go up and see for themselves. This was around 9 PM. It wasn't until around 11 PM that I finally received a call, informing me that there were no other rooms available and this was it. It took them two hours to call back! Shouldn't a hotel address guest issues promptly? Even if there were no other rooms, they should have communicated that to me right away."
