酒店真的很新很漂亮！食物種類很多：） 提供雪場接送！ This is the best hotel to go for if you’re looking to have a perfect ski/snowboarding trip around Ürümqi area. Hotel is very clean and innovative, which they use a robot to deliver food and other items. Hotel is equipped with 2 washer and 2 dryer, and they work great! There is also a 24 hour gym room available too! For me personally, I really enjoyed the aesthetic design of the hotel, lighting and the atmosphere are fantastic! I wanna special thanks to the front desk staff called苏比伊努尔 and 冉孜亚, as well as the driver called 库尔班江. They’re super helpful and tried their best to help while I’m sick!! Their exceptional service quality truly warmed my heart ::)) I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time if I travel to Ürümqi again!!! :)

Traveling to Xinjiang, I passed through Urumqi on both the outbound and return flights. Luckily, both hotels I chose were excellent.璞舍沁院 (Pushe Qinyuan) is relatively close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, surrounded by other hotels (at the intersection of Qingdao Road, Guangzhou Road, and Shanghai Road). It's easy to get around, yet quiet and comfortable. There's a satellite plaza nearby and plenty of dining options. The hotel's exterior and interior design are very unique, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff, breakfast service, and airport shuttle were all attentive, enthusiastic, punctual, and efficient. The self-service laundry room and gym were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The foot massage on the basement floor was very professional and offered good value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommended!

Orange Hotel on Youhao South Road (Hongshan) is my top choice for business trips. Jingjing always arranges a quiet and convenient room for me. The hotel's location is excellent, on Youhao South Road, not far from Hongshan, making transportation very convenient. Taxis to attractions are quick. The lobby environment is comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the business meeting area is private, making it easy to meet clients. The room's office facilities are complete, with a spacious desk, plenty of charging ports, and stable internet, ensuring efficient work. The bedding is clean and soft, perfect for a good rest during a midday break. The smart lighting and curtains are easy to operate and save time. The bathroom is clean, odorless, and dry. Breakfast is rich and well-balanced. The service is professional, efficient, and thoughtful. It's truly my first choice for business travel.

The room was spacious and clean, with luxurious decor that maintained Conrad's signature style. The service was attentive and warm; they not only upgraded our room for free but also provided a complimentary anniversary cake. Breakfast was abundant and featured local specialties. We had a minor issue during our stay, but it was handled very thoughtfully afterward. The pool was absolutely fantastic, with excellent facilities and pristine water. The staff there were enthusiastic and responsible, and there were very few people swimming, making it highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied, will definitely come again next time! The whole process was incredibly professional and enthusiastic, providing us with convenient service. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk ladies were very helpful, always accommodating our requests. They even provided extra water for free and were very cooperative. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

Check-in for the hotel is on the third floor. The room was great – clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied! The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very polite. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a clean and reassuring stay. The surrounding area offers convenient access for getting around, and the overall service was attentive and meticulous. From the environment and service to the hardware facilities, everything reflected quality. It offers great value for money.

The entire place was impeccably clean, and housekeeping tidied our room daily. The bedding was soft, clean, and odor-free. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water available 24/7, making for a really great shower experience. Definitely worth a stay.

Neither good nor bad, just okay. The front desk staff on the day was quite impolite. I was a bit tired and just wanted to book a hourly room to rest for a while. Hourly rooms are usually for 4 hours. However, the staff called me directly when I hadn't even been there for 2 hours, asking if I wanted to extend my stay. Not only did it disturb my rest, but it also wasn't even close to the time to urge an extension. I told them I wouldn't be extending, and they just hung up without another word. Was that their way of kicking me out?

This hotel is excellent because it’s central to everything you need to see, including having two metro stations close by. The hotel is clean, modern and equipped with smart toilet and the water pressure in the shower is brilliant. The bed is comfortable and the room very spacious. The room is a smart room controlled by Xiao Du. Great value for money!
