Hotel is very clean and innovative, which they use a robot to deliver food and other items. Hotel is equipped with 2 washer and 2 dryer, and they work great! There is also a 24 hour gym room available too! For me personally, I really enjoyed the aesthetic design of the hotel, lighting and the atmosphere are fantastic! I wanna special thanks to the front desk staff called苏比伊努尔 and 冉孜亚, as well as the driver called 库尔班江. They’re super helpful and tried their best to help while I’m sick!! Their exceptional service quality truly warmed my heart ::)) I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time if I travel to Ürümqi again!!! :)

Nice hotel overall. The room is clean and comfortable, and plenty of bottled water is provided. There was a soft spot in the wooden floor tiles, almost as if the flooring has dented over time due to usage. It didn’t affect the stay, but it may be something worth upgrading in the future. The air conditioning/heating unit is very useful, though it has a slight humidity-related smell when operating. Our room rate included breakfast, served in the cafeteria on the second floor. The food was very good—one of the better inclusive breakfast offerings I’ve experienced among hotels in a similar price range. The staff are very kind and consistently greet you as you walk in and out of the hotel. There is also security at the front entrance, which adds an extra layer of safety and reassurance. The location is convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s also very easy to get around using Didi. Overall, a very good experience and I would gladly return.

My business stay here was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the subway and major business districts, making travel incredibly efficient. The in-room desk was comfortable, and the stable internet fully met my remote work needs. The front desk and business center were very responsive, handling tasks like printing and booking cars quickly and efficiently. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, saving me time looking for food outside. Overall, it's a professional and hassle-free option, a reliable choice for business travelers.

This hotel must be relatively new because the facilities are very modern, with no strange odors, and the room was clean and tidy. They even provided a free shuttle to the airport the next day, and the staff member (小姐姐 - a polite way to refer to a young female staff) had a great service attitude. A simple breakfast was also included for free.

Close to the North Railway Station, which is convenient. It's clean and quiet since it's on a higher floor. Downstairs, there are convenience stores and snack shops, making dining easy. There's also a newly opened Xinjiang specialty store where I bought some gifts for my friends.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the security lady came to help me with my luggage with a smile on her face. When checking in at the front desk, the staff was quick and efficient and recommended several super fun places around the beautiful scenery and delicious food, which directly maximized my travel experience. The room was warm and elegant when I entered. The bed was soft. As soon as I lay on it, I felt that all the fatigue of the day was gone. The quilt was soft and the duvet surrounded me and made me feel warm. The room was bright and I slept very well at night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which I loved. The toiletries smelled good and the quality was good. The details were handled directly. The restaurant environment is also very good, and the table is kept clean at all times. The service of the hotel is even better. It is so considerate that I was moved. I said I wanted to wash my clothes, and the front desk washed them for me directly. This service awareness is simply amazing. This hotel experience is perfect from the environment to the service from the hardware to the software. I am satisfied with the stay and recommend it. Some of the bedside outlets were broken, so plugs would just fall out. Luckily, there were plenty of other outlets, so it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area, so you had to remember to take the toilet paper out before showering. Other than that, everything was great. It's perfect for a short layover stay.

Linyi and Yuan Shuxin filmed the same homestay for TV dramas. The rooms are very clean and the decoration is very new. It is a smart toilet.
