It's only five minutes from the ski resort, and the handsome owner was incredibly welcoming 😊, providing transportation to and from the resort and answering all our questions. Hotel is very clean and innovative, which they use a robot to deliver food and other items. Hotel is equipped with 2 washer and 2 dryer, and they work great! There is also a 24 hour gym room available too! For me personally, I really enjoyed the aesthetic design of the hotel, lighting and the atmosphere are fantastic! I wanna special thanks to the front desk staff called苏比伊努尔 and 冉孜亚, as well as the driver called 库尔班江. They’re super helpful and tried their best to help while I’m sick!! Their exceptional service quality truly warmed my heart ::)) I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time if I travel to Ürümqi again!!! :)

The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. They also have a laundry room and a breakfast area. Dinner was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall environment was excellent. Getting around was super convenient with a subway and bus stop nearby. Highly recommend!
