The hotel's location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and walk for a minute or two, and you're at Nanmen subway station. It's just one stop to the Grand Bazaar. There are many restaurants directly opposite the hotel, making dining convenient and the food is great too. If you're using Urumqi as a transit point for your Xinjiang trip, staying just one day and only planning to visit the Grand Bazaar, this hotel is super convenient. The hotel environment is pretty good, and it's very clean. The best part is that you can have a late check-out until 4 PM, which is a huge relief if you're catching a connecting bus or flight.

So here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

Stayed one night which was quite pleasant. A good room with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well. The train station is less than 10 mins by taxi. Lots of good Uyghur food in the street outside the hotel. The reception desk were kind and welcoming. The price was a bit high, I thought.

The hotel's shuttle service was fantastic. The driver helped with luggage both ways, which was perfect for my late-night arrival. The room facilities were generally good, but the showerhead in my room last night was leaking from both ends. It was too late to contact the front desk, though. Breakfast was served from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, offering all the essentials and tasting delicious. I stayed here for one night as a layover after arriving late for a skiing trip, and overall, it's good value for money. The free airport shuttle service to Tianshan International Airport was excellent; the car was new and very clean, and they helped carry my luggage to the hotel.

Special thanks to the female driver who drove us to the airport. She helped with our luggage and even went out of her way to drop us off at the VIP lounge. I've never experienced such warm hospitality before, I'm truly touched and thankful. The front desk service was also excellent; they specially arranged a first-floor room for us because we had seniors, avoiding the inconvenience of stairs. The room was a bit small, but for a one-night layover near the airport, it was great value for money. The key takeaway is the five-star service. Plus, dining and shopping options nearby were very convenient. All in all, highly recommended!

Traveling with friends, this stay experience is really impeccable! When checking in, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. The room is clean and bright, and the decoration is warm and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately firm and soft, and I had a great sleep all night. The room is very spacious, and we can put our luggage there without feeling crowded. There is also a comfortable sofa area, where we chat and eat snacks at night, which is super cozy. The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's sound insulation is also good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all. It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

Facilities: The amenities are similar to a budget hotel, and the rooms are quite small. Hygiene: When we pushed the two beds together, there was a lot of dust, and the corners hadn't been cleaned. Environment: The overall environment is simply huge, like a maze. Service: The service was indeed very good. We asked the front desk for a quieter room, and they offered us a room in the middle, which turned out to have no windows. Oh, and in the windowless room, it gets super humid after a shower.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in (I couldn't help recommending it to my friends), full marks for details💯! The airport shuttle was a business car, the car was clean and the driver was friendly and punctual. The Linglong room I stayed in was on the first floor. When I inserted the room card, the curtains automatically opened and warm pure music BGM sounded. I looked at the hustle and bustle of traffic outside the window through the screen. It was really warm and had a great atmosphere! I like the decoration style, which is retro but not old-fashioned; the room facilities are very warm, with details in place but not dazzling; the hotel is located in a convenient and busy area, not too quiet but not too noisy; the hotel service is quite good, the staff are very friendly and polite, and will try their best to meet customer needs (my face was swollen after a tooth was pulled, and the front desk staff kindly gave me an ice pack to apply on my face). If I have the chance to come to Urumqi next time, I will continue to stay at this hotel!
