First of all, the hotel's location is superb, situated in the city center with convenient transportation and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a modern and minimalist style. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are the perfect height, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The room cleanliness is impeccable; the floors, beds, and bathroom were all spotless, even the corners were meticulously cleaned, giving me a sense of peace and security. In terms of service, the hotel staff were warm and attentive, and every step from check-in to check-out was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff patiently answered all my questions and proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, making me feel right at home. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast was rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, satisfying my different tastes. In short, this hotel excels in location, rooms, service, and dining, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

We had a very nice stay. We came from Kazachstan and arrived early in the morning but we could check in early. The ladies at the reception were so friendly and helpful with everything! We could even enjoy breakfast at the day we arrived and they gave us a breakfast box on the day we left because we left very early in the morning. They also helped us with a taxi to the museum and some apps we have to use in China. The room was also nice with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. Thank you for the very nice stay and the warm welcome to China! :)

This stay was truly exceptional! The hotel was clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable decor. The room had great natural light and soundproofing, and the bedding was so soft, I slept incredibly well. The front desk and staff were warm and attentive; check-in was fast and efficient, and all our requests were promptly handled. The location is very convenient for getting around. Overall, the attention to detail was impressive, and it offered fantastic value for money. It was a really comfortable stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Staying because I am transit at the airport. Free shuttle service at all hours is very useful and the driver (a young man) was very nice. We are very grateful to him picking us up at 6am and dropping us off at 5am the next day. Rooms are fine, especially for the price. Cleanliness could be a bit better given some loose hairs from previous occupants but like generally passable. Breakfast was simple but nice. The old couple running the breakfast downstairs, again, we some super nice people. Really caring and I’d say well above my expectation. In general, at the price, I would say it is worth it if you need a place near the airport.

This hotel is super close to the airport and offers a shuttle service, which is a huge plus. The environment is also quite nice, and the fact that you can get a late checkout at 4 PM, even if it's raining, is incredibly thoughtful! This means you don't have to rush from the city early in the morning for an early flight the next day. All you have to do is let the front desk know your desired shuttle time for the next day when you check in, and the hotel will take care of the arrangements. It's really excellent! For older guests, this service is particularly reassuring. There's also a night market nearby, with tasty baked buns for 3 yuan each, and places to buy fruit.

The room is very spacious, and we can put our luggage there without feeling crowded. There is also a comfortable sofa area, where we chat and eat snacks at night, which is super cozy. The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's sound insulation is also good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all. It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

Service: Excellent service, especially from the front desk staff, Xiaobei and Xiaoli. They were exceptionally good. We arrived at midnight and were initially assigned a room with a first-floor locker, as our family is averse to such matters. After explaining the reason to the front desk staff, they moved us. They were very welcoming and understanding, not at all impatient or bothering us. The hotel facilities were very comfortable, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was delicious, and they even offer a self-service car wash. I'll definitely be back in Urumqi again. Some of the bedside outlets were broken, so plugs would just fall out. Luckily, there were plenty of other outlets, so it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area, so you had to remember to take the toilet paper out before showering. Other than that, everything was great. It's perfect for a short layover stay.

Location: 1 2 km walking distance to the international grand bazaar and the Erdiqiao metro station. But there are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. You can also take the public bus no. 63 to get to the bazaar for 1 Yuan. Amenities: There is a laundry room on level 3 with free detergent but no dryer. If the room is closed, ask help from housekeeping. They dont provide tea bags in room which is weird for China. And no free disposable shaving blade nor tissue except for toilet rolls. Service: this hotel is always full of wedding functions and many guests from other Central Asian countries. The reception is under-maned. So, they will keep your passports for registration which is not correct practice. We insisted that they took photos of our documents instead of keeping them. No other hotel in Xinjiang practices keeping passports, only this hotel. Other points: there is a police station in front. A convenience store and small supermarket right near the entrance. This hotel has 4 floors.
