A truly wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly thoughtful and upgraded our room, which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel excels in every aspect – its facilities, service, and cleanliness are all excellent. The location is superb; you can see the high-speed train station right from the window. Getting here from the high-speed train station is a breeze: just cross the plaza in front of the station, then one more road, and you're there in about 200-300 meters on foot. The international long-distance bus station is also right next to the high-speed train station. If you're coming from the airport, simply take the airport shuttle bus to the high-speed train station. It's incredibly convenient for travel.

I flew China Southern Airlines and stayed at their hotel this time. It's not too far from the airport, and the hotel is very clean. Even though it's been open for a while, the decor and facilities are well-maintained. The room was spacious, showing the quality of an established 4-star hotel. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options like ramen, dumplings, various stir-fries, and cold dishes. I even saw China Southern's own flight attendants and pilots dining there, so the food is definitely clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was lovely and provided a detailed introduction during check-in. The area around the hotel is great for exploring; it's very close to Hongshan Market where you can buy local specialties, and ordering takeout is convenient too. Traveling in Xinjiang, I stayed here on the first night and again on the last night. The location is excellent; the subway station is right outside to the right, and it's not too far to get to various places by taxi. Ordering takeout is very convenient, and a robot delivers the food.

The room was clean and spacious with a soft bed and excellent hygiene. It even had a humidifier, which was a nice touch since Xinjiang can be a bit dry; it made a big difference. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. I wanted a room closer to Wanda Plaza, and the front desk staff were very accommodating, quickly adjusting my room. Their response was swift, and their service was diligent and responsible. The soundproofing was quite good; even someone with poor sleep quality like me managed to get a good night's rest! The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, with a food delivery robot and automated curtains in the room, making it very convenient and smart. I have a Huawei phone, and I could cast to the TV. The room lighting was also very pleasant.

The breakfast was delicious! Even though I arrived at 10 AM, they still had freshly cooked beef noodles, which was such a lifesaver for a tourist like me. To top it off, at lunchtime, I could get Hunan cuisine from my hometown, all in the same restaurant – super convenient! The lobby has a beautiful Western regions (Xinjiang) style with stunning murals in the hallway. Manager Watt was excellent, providing warm and thoughtful service. They had the room ready early and even upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, which was wonderful for a relaxing hot soak. The hotel has its own free parking for guests, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's not far from the Grand Bazaar and the Loulan Museum, just three bus stops away. The local specialty 'gangzi rou' (pottery stewed meat) with added mushrooms was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend it for its great value for money.
