"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station. It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

"The family room was great, but the booking details page didn't mention bunk beds, which I only found out about after calling. I hope the platform can improve its room descriptions to better inform guests. Upgrading the toilets to electric ones would also better match the hotel's caliber. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed very busy; they were trying their best to provide good service, but their hurried tone and sense of urgency suggested high work pressure. I hope the hotel can be kinder to its employees."

"On the last day of our trip, we spontaneously booked a room at this chain hotel, and it was a really great experience. The room was super clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was nice. The best part was the mini-fridge – it was spotless and had no weird smells, so we could store the fruits we wanted to take home. No worries about them spoiling if we bought them the night before! The amenities were very comfortable, and there's a parking lot right outside. Plus, it's really close to Hongshan Market. 🌹🌹🌹"

"My friend recommended this hotel, so I decided to stay here during my business trip to Urumqi. Overall, it was excellent! The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, and the environment was really nice. The front desk service was fantastic; they were always helpful and very responsible. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly. It was a hot day, and I asked for an extra bottle of water, which they delivered quickly. The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable and soft. There's also a gym and laundry room on the basement level, which was really convenient for a quick run and doing laundry. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!"

"The 2 night stay was fantastic. It is beside a line 1 metro station. Easy access to the airport and 大巴扎. Away from touristy spots but able to see how the locals live. Lots of eateries and opposite to a shopping mall. Hotel room was cosy and clean. Each person was given 2 pillows of different thickness and softness. Shampoo, conditioner and shower foam were provided. Water bottles were provided on the counter top and in the fridge, so guests can choose if they need cold drinks. Very thoughtful if them. Didn't like that the toilet door was transparent and unable to lock. Not everytime 2 person staying in the same room must be couples. Must commend about the staff. They were so well trained and guests felt welcomed. There was supper provided every night - simple but comforting food. We did our washings but came back late, our clothes were folded neatly by their staff and put into a laundry bag and left at the table in laundry room. The uncle chef cooking the noodles during the breakfast was very friendly. Will definitely stay here if I come back to Urumqi next time."

The location is very close to the airport, making it quick to get there whether by walking or shuttle, which saved a lot of time for catching my flight. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed while resting. The staff processed check-in quickly and were very welcoming. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's perfectly suited for layovers or early morning flights."
