XXiaoshiaMy stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay.
The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home.
The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

The entire room's smart system was extensive, and the service was thoughtful. It was a very pleasant trip. They also provided a double portion of breakfast, which was great. He was efficient and professional, meticulously asking about my preferences and arranging the room according to my needs in advance. He clearly explained all the travel-related details, saving me a lot of hassle.
The hotel's 'cloud lobby' design beautifully blends with Western Regions aesthetics, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The guest room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views of the entire city. The room itself is clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and diverse, featuring a wide variety of authentic Xinjiang specialty dishes, allowing you to savor local flavors without leaving the hotel.
Overall, the service is professional and thoughtful, and the staff are gentle and courteous. Whether it's travel inquiries or room requests, they respond very promptly. The location is very good, right inside the Nanhu Magic World, surrounded by food, no need to worry about not having breakfast.
It is very cold outside and the room is very warm, the heat is completely sufficient, and it is not cold to wear short sleeves in the room. The room is very clean and the facilities are relatively complete. Toiletries and snacks are provided attentively, and toiletries are replenished in time.
I will stay here next time. It is a very good B&B.

PPSL0720Flying from Hong Kong to Urumqi, they allowed me to check in early, big thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk! The hotel is quite close to the airport, and a taxi ride isn't expensive. You can even see snow-capped mountains from the hotel! Room service is available, and the food was decent. After using a coupon, the price was really good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Urumqi!

PPhamAnWe arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful.
For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport.
For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful.
For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost.
Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

SsunmanjbThe hotel's location is great, right next to Urumqi International Grand Bazaar, and there are lots of restaurants in the nearby Consular Lane. However, the hotel room is quite big, but the staff's service attitude and efficiency really need a lot of improvement. After checking in, the air conditioning wasn't working. The floor attendant didn't understand Mandarin, and even after calling the front desk multiple times, there was no response.
