Excellent
The hotel is so modern and comfortable 😊 the room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. There is also free laundry facilities. Every night you can order a warm foot bath which was really good after walking around in the cold. The staff are really helpful and professional! The hotel is in a quiet area but is very convenient to the Bazaar and there’s lots of places to eat nearby.

I stayed at the hotel during a layover in Urumqi. The hotel is new, with wonderful views of the city and mountains from the windows. The rooms are spacious, featuring an excellent mattress and pillows, and everything you need is provided. The level of service and comfort deserves 5 stars. The hotel offers a decent breakfast with a slight touch of Xinjiang cuisine, along with traditional European and Chinese dishes, and fresh juice. Near the hotel, there is a large shopping mall and a beautiful museum, but the bazaar is quite far away. The taxi ride from the airport took about 30 minutes. It was winter, and I had very little time, so I couldn’t experience the beauty of the region, but the hotel made my layover in Urumqi enjoyable. 我在乌鲁木齐转机时入住了这家酒店。酒店很新，从窗户可以看到城市和山脉的壮丽景色。房间宽敞，床垫和枕头非常舒适，设施一应俱全。服务和舒适度堪称五星级水准。酒店的早餐不错，略带新疆风味，同时提供传统的欧式和中式菜肴，还有鲜榨果汁。酒店附近有一个大型购物中心和一座漂亮的博物馆，但离大巴扎较远。从机场打车大约30分钟。当时是冬天，时间也很仓促，没能领略这个地方的美景，但酒店让我的乌鲁木齐转机之旅变得非常愉快。

I had an early morning flight the next day and needed to check into a hotel near Tian Shan International Airport. After looking at several options, I chose this one because they offered a triple room and airport shuttle service starting at 5:00 AM. The triple room wasn't huge, but it was very clean, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-done. I didn't get to try their breakfast, but the complimentary afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Plus, there's free coffee and bottled water in the lobby on the first floor, and a subway station nearby with a direct line to the Grand Bazaar in the city center. This place is full of pleasant surprises! Definitely recommend it!

The rooms and location are good, but the service was a little strange. As trip.com member, I graciously received benefit of late check out. At the front desk, the reception sternly warned me even 1 min late would incur half day fee. Seems hotel is reluctant to adhere this trip.com benefit

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, our favourite so far whilst travelling in China. We are especially grateful to Damon who welcomed us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel is a little bit out of the way, however it was very easy to order food via apps directly to our room.
