"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station. It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect. If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising. Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment. I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive."

They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, and the environment was really nice. The front desk service was fantastic; they were always helpful and very responsible. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly. It was a hot day, and I asked for an extra bottle of water, which they delivered quickly. The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable and soft. There's also a gym and laundry room on the basement level, which was really convenient for a quick run and doing laundry. The location is right in the city center business district, making it super convenient for shopping and public transport. Within a few minutes' walk, you can find plenty of local specialty restaurants. The room was very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The breakfast truly exceeded my expectations; beyond the usual porridge, noodles, bread, and steamed buns, they also had freshly made egg noodles, fresh and juicy fruit, and a variety of hot and cold beverages, perfect for both adults and children. Everyone found something they loved, making the meal even more enjoyable. After such a satisfying breakfast, I felt energized for the whole morning. The biggest bonus is the 4 PM check-out policy – they truly understand travelers' needs! If you've had a late night, you don't have to rush to pack in the morning. You can leisurely get ready, relax a bit longer in the room, which significantly reduces travel fatigue. The staff were all very friendly throughout, and check-in/check-out was efficient. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely be back."
