Busan Hotels with Jacuzzi

"We love the location, it is close to Haeundae Subway Station where the day tour meeting point is, and also a short walk to the beach and Haeundae market. The Blueline Park Mipo Station is about 25min walk along the beach. We booked this accommodation for the washing machine in the room. There is no service provided so to speak as we checked in on our own with the door passcode and there was no one at the reception throughout our entire stay. One thing to improve on is to provide more hangers and laundry rack at the balcony as we have trouble finding places to hang dry the washed clothes."

"Hotel location is convenient near to train station and subway station . Lot of eateries around . Cleanliness and Amenities ok . Front desk employee unapproachable and no smiling face. On 28 -03 morning asked a male front desk employee for weighing machine he immediately give to us . He even help to contact our pre booked taxi . On 27-03 evening time we asked for weighing machine the male employee ( not the morning guy) answers there is no weighing machine."

"I just booked it for one night and it was really lovely. Close to the Busan Station (5-7min walking distance) and I had a good proper sleep, even the walls are not that soundproof. I could hear the doors slamming from my neighbours but for me it was not an issue. Maybe for sensitive sleepers it could be. And I loved that you can wake up with the sunrise in your face! Would consider staying here again."

"Must give it a good review! The location is easy to find and very convenient for transport. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange smells. Although the facilities were simple, they all worked perfectly. There was plenty of hot water, and the WiFi was fast. It offers excellent value for money and is my top choice for business trips or short getaways. Highly recommended!"

"The moment we stepped into the room, our family of five gasped in amazement! This oceanfront hotel cost less than NT$6,000 per night, yet it accommodated five of us – what an incredible deal! The room featured two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. Beyond the bedrooms, there was an open-plan kitchen and a generous living room. In the evenings, we'd bring back fried chicken and late-night snacks, and the whole family would gather in the living room to chat and eat, truly giving us that holiday vibe. What captivated me most was the breathtaking, unobstructed sea view. It was so beautiful that we couldn't stop taking photos, whether it was daytime or sunset. Waking up to that stunning ocean view every morning felt incredibly blissful. And finally, I must highlight the massive bathtub! It's located right outside the living room, allowing you to soak and gaze at the sea simultaneously – pure bliss! Our kids played in it every day and never wanted to get out; it was one of their happiest memories from this trip. If you're heading to Busan soon, I highly recommend saving Como Casa Residence Haeundae Oceanfront. Whether you're a couple, friends, or a family, I believe the value for money here is outstanding."

"Check-in is at 4 PM, but you can check in an hour early for 10,000 won. However, the bed had a lot of hair on it, so I couldn't possibly sleep on it and asked for it to be cleaned. Room cleaning requests must be made at the front desk by 3 PM. I asked for a gown replacement, but only towels were restocked. There's only one key card; an additional one requires a 20,000 won deposit, which is refunded upon check-out. The parking is mechanical, and you have to operate it yourself. It's best to ask the front desk for instructions when someone is there, as there are times when no one is available. If the cleaning had been done properly and it was clean, I would have thought this was a good hotel, being close to Seomyeon."

"Very near to the metro station, and just 1 stop away from Busan Station. The area is also relatively quieter compared to the Busan Station district, which made the stay more comfortable. The room was very clean, and it even had an automatic bidet toilet ,something that some 5-star hotels don’t even provide. 🤭Breakfast had a simple spread, but it was sufficient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended"

"The hotel's surroundings are fantastic, with excellent amenities and services. The room facilities are very thoughtfully designed; I didn't even need to bring an adapter for charging as there were pre-charged cables available. There's also a computer for easy access to information. The subway, shopping districts, Lotte Department Store, and various dining options are all incredibly close, practically within walking distance."

"This feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay."
