Niagara Falls Hotels with Kitchens

"This is GREAT Value for money! It was our first time in Niagara and we didn’t have any real guide, we just booked because it felt like a good price and it was a GEM! Traveled with my family (3 kids and spouse) and the 2 Queen beds + Sleeper couch was perfect! The location is actually EXCELLENT, close enough to the falls for an easy walk with Children, but also close enough to all the Major attractions! There is a pool and tub, which was a hit for our kids and onsite parking made life so much easier! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and I can’t recommend this place enough! The only issue I had, our window was facing the sun and there was no way to use the black out curtains properly! Those Curtains need to be looked at especially during the summer when it is Sunrise at 5am! Can’t talk about the breakfast because we didn’t have it, but all in all, GREAT value for money!"

"stay was good, the service wasn't bad the facilities wasn't all that great because they were doing some construction work there while guest was there no I didn't enjoy the breakfast because every morning is the same thing for breakfast but overall the room was nice and clean bathroom was well clean the only problem I have is they can provide bottle water in each room and a kettle in case you fell sick or you need a cup of warm tea but apart from that everything was ok I would go back or recommend anyone to the inn"

"I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition."

"Good location, the airport to the Tian Station walk to the hotel for about ten minutes, the hotel to the city and the pier are ten minutes walk, the room is relatively large, and there is a street to see a lot of XD"

"We loved it, the heart shaped jetted tub was perfect after a day of walking and site seeing. The jr. Suite we had was clean, plenty oh towels, and the smalll electrical fire place was the perfect touch. We will definitely book another stay next year, and possibly take advantage of the bbq area and the swimming pool."

"Excellent location; 3 minutes drive to the Falls. Great value for the price. Very good breakfast. The fact that the front entrance to the reception is already locked was kind of weird. All the hotels I have visited, the front entrance is always accessible. You us the hotel room keys if you use other entrances. Then there is a notice on the room key pouch to always secure the door with the deadbolt; keep valuable secure… This alerted me to the fact that the area may not be 100% safe. However, this apprehension was removed, when we checked out and my wife forgot her hand bag with wallet and family passports in it. One of the house keepers came running and found us still putting our stuff in the vehicle to alert us that we forgot the bag on the table. My wife went back to pick it up. A plus for that housekeeper. The night receptionist, however, has a cold presence. She addresses people as if she is not engaged with their presence. Overall, the service is very good. Great value for the buck; I will recommend it to those who want to visit Niagara Falls."

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a spectacular city view, and the room was equipped with a smart control system – a simple voice command was all it took to adjust the lighting and curtains. The bedding featured a KingKoil mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. What truly stood out was the butler-style service. The front desk proactively upgraded my room, and the turndown service even included thoughtful warm milk. The afternoon tea pastries in the Executive Lounge were exquisite, and the Happy Hour cocktails were expertly mixed. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with a plethora of dining options in the surrounding commercial area. While it's a bit pricey, it's absolutely worth it for such high-quality facilities and service. I even received a small gift upon check-out, showing genuine attention to detail. I will definitely choose this hotel again!"

"The room is big enough, there is a free toothbrush, you have to ask the front desk to get it, that is, the air conditioning sound is sometimes loud, but there is no elevator, you need to take the stairs. Parking is 20 plus, convenient to travel, and the surrounding area is a playground. Very close to the Great Waterfall, opposite the Ferris wheel."
