"The room was fantastic! I felt the Deluxe Seaview Room was even better than the Romantic Room, with an unobstructed sea view. It was a bit close to the road, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs, which was a nice touch. I couldn't book a continuous stay, but the hotel helped move our luggage when we switched rooms, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance! The views are beautiful, and breakfast was delicious too."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient. Turn right out of the breakfast restaurant and it's just 20 steps to a 7-Eleven. Nikita's is directly across the street. If you turn right and walk about 300 meters, you'll reach the boat docking area, passing a Tops supermarket along the way. It's super easy to get to Banana Beach and Koh Island from here. Turn left and walk 500 meters to find the seafood market. The pool is small, but the shallow children's pool is a nice touch. They even have shower facilities available after check-out, which were quite clean. The breakfast, for this price point, was really good and filling. The accommodation itself is an older, small guesthouse. The bed was comfortable. However, the soundproofing is very poor; you can clearly hear the light switches next door. Luckily, the neighboring guests I encountered were all very considerate and quiet. For this price, I'm extremely satisfied. The air conditioning works great. If you lower the fan speed and raise the temperature a bit, it's not noisy. I really can't overstate how incredibly convenient the location is."

"I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was nice but quite small, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast, in particular, was absolutely exceptional, one of the highlights. However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience: 1. Hot water wasn’t available in the mornings when you typically need it the most. 2. The water pressure was quite low until the maintenance team came to fix it. 3. The washroom also had a constant unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. 4. Additionally, the boxing arena right in front of the hotel created a lot of noise, especially during the evenings. 5. We had to ask for a few amenities (soap and slippers) Overall, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay, but you do get what you pay for. Because of the helpful staff and outstanding breakfast, I’m giving this hotel a positive rating."

"Loved our short stay here! Great location also - walkable to old town, bus station, markets and restaurants, garden, bus stops - perfect! We were worried about having no windows in our room but the size of the room made up for it. Large sized room with large sized bathroom was amazing. We had no issues with anything. Everything worked fine. The cafe downstairs is really cute and great place to relax or socialise. Would definitely recommend!"

"We booked this hotel at the last minute because our previous hotel was cancelled, and we received compensation from Trip.com in coins. As it was high season, this was the only hotel available within our budget and still located in the city centre. Thankfully, the location turned out to be very convenient—it’s really close to Phuket Old Town 🏛️ The receptionists were friendly and helpful. There is also one washing machine and one dryer, each costing 40 baht, which was very convenient for backpackers like us who do laundry every few days The hotel is also close to a bus stop to the airport and Naiyang Beach, making it easy to get around 🚌 We booked a triple room, which was the only option available, even though there were only two of us. The price was slightly higher, but it was definitely worth it for the comfort we got. You could probably find a cheaper rate during the low season. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable bed, good location, and reasonable price while spending most of your time exploring Phuket 🌴"

"Diamond Cliff resort is a beautiful resort to stay at. They have thought of everything. Welcome drink on arrival, bags taken to our room, room equipped with everything you could need including room slippers, waffle dressing gown, bottled water, tea coffee station etc. huge comfy bed, balcony with beautiful view. Breakfast buffet was incredible- best I have ever experienced. It included eggs cooked fresh to your liking, usual european options of bacon, sausages, beans etc, soup/noddle station cooked on demand, selection of 3 hot vegetarian dishes different each day, 5 different fish/chicken/pork stir fry’s, rice, roti, cheese station, extensive sushi station, salad station, fresh fruit juice, breads, croissants, pancakes, pudding -and I haven’t even listed everything!!! 2 beautiful pools one with slide for kids, gym, pool side bar. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool tools available. We used the trip booking facility in the hotel and it was very efficient and helpful. We got a gift of a basket of fruit which was a real treat. Lastly location was perfect- a short downhill walk to the beach if you are inclined but also very easy and cheap to get a grab or tuk tuk downtown and /or back from Patong for 200baht or less. Hotel also had a regular shuttle bus. Lastly staff at the hotel were so lovely."
