"The location is very good. Car / taxi can be stopped by in front of the hotel. Plenty of supermarkets around. Reef mall is just at the opposite side of the road. And another mall is within 8mins walk. Food court, restaurant are available. Metro Salah Al din station is just 50m away. 20 mins drive or metro to airport. Around 25 mins drive or metro to down town, World Trade Center or Dubai mall. Staff are kind and help. Will stay here next time."

The lobby, however especially the waiting area tends to be quite crowded most of the time, and there are often non guests seen sitting or resting there. The hotel also has a large disco, which makes the area livelier but sometimes adds to the crowd in the evenings. On the other hand, the upper floors of the hotel are peaceful and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The hotel staff, especially the room cleaners, are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their service really adds to the overall positive experience."

"Affordable accommodation in a quiet area of Deira. The hotel room seems to be renovated a few years ago and everything is in good order. The Main Street 2 blocks away has many restaurants and laundry services. This hotel is walking distance from Union and Riga stations. Union station has a shopping mall. It is also walking distance from the river to take Abra. The staff speak good English and are super helpful. Remember to bring some spare change for the bellman for bringing the luggage into the room."

"excellent location, close to metro, short walk to Gold Souk, Marine transport to take boat to Al Seef. A lot of restaurants and hyper market close to hotel. Be careful there is hotel with similar name nearby. Free pool on the top and free gym room. Excellent service for staff, the main drawback is the hotel is a bit old. All in all, it is good for this price."
