There is a lake right in front of the door, which is good. But it’s a pity that I didn’t bring any running equipment. The swimming pool is open, but it’s a pity that I didn’t bring a swimsuit either. It’s relatively clean inside, which is okay. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, but I personally think it's average. This is the desk. The glass is too slippery and the mouse can't be used at all. Also, there is residual orange peel from the previous one. Although it's not a big problem, it's the most annoying thing. Some people were smoking on the non-smoking floor, and a bunch of people were smoking at the entrance to the elevator. It was probably someone holding a wedding banquet. This was quite annoying. Fortunately, I left the hotel right away. It didn’t leave much of an impression on me. It was annoying even if I stayed there. Lots of room for improvement.

The environment is great, the facilities are new, and it's very close to the highway exit. I booked this hotel on short notice for a business trip; it was quite clean. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel, making parking convenient. The area is relatively remote, so it's quiet at night. The hotel also has robot delivery, which is very convenient. The elevator uses a card system, which is very safe.

The ameneties were great, including, toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, shampoo/body wash, 2 kinds of slippers, water, and others. Totally worth the price. Only negative is that, there is only one elevator to access the room. And that os creating a bottleneck at the downstairs, and takes a lot of time to get to the room.

The hotel I stayed at this time was really amazing, and it was very comfortable from entering the door to checking out.
The location is too good: just near the university town, sharing electric cars is not too cool.
The room details are full: the first feeling when entering the house is clean, the sheets are white and odorless, there is no water stain in the corner of the bathroom, and the design of dry and wet separation is very intimate. The bedding is just right, the sound insulation effect is unexpectedly good, and the night sleep is particularly stable, and it is not disturbed by the outside noise.
The service is warm and thoughtful: the front desk staff greeted me with smiles throughout the whole process, the check-in speed was very fast, and they also took the initiative to recommend local niche food to me. The aunt in the room cleaned very carefully every day, and will quietly sort out my messy luggage, and also added new mineral water, the details are all attentive.
The price is really high, this price can have such an environment and service is too worth it. I have already recommended it to my friends, I will definitely stay here next time I come to this city!

They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked – very satisfied!

AAL1988This hostel is exactly what a solo traveler needs. It’s near a metro station with a good price and lots of equipment.
The hostel is big enough and everyone has his own locker and slippers. The hostel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The beds are comfortable and there is an AC in every room. I totally suggest this hostel to anyone coming to Jinan staying short or long.
The location is right behind the Daming Hu (Daming Lake) and there are various shops around it.
I stayed in this hostel for more than a week and I was absolutely amazed and satisfied.

As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge!
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed.
I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief!
Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift!
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!

The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
