The service are 5 stars plus. The hotel sent us insightful information such as checkin &checkout time, approximate commute time and cost from the railway station or airport, laundry room/gym location, and the breakfast hours. The late night snack won ton soup is tasty, and they sent us a message to remind us the checkout time and encourage us to contact the front desk for late checkout requests. After we checked out, the front desk manager even help to roll our luggage’s out. The breakfast area offers decent variety and they are tasty.

Looks newly opened hotel not long ago. Friendly staffs, modern style renovation. Located about 3km west of JiNan railway station, where you can feel very local atmosphere but pretty quiet inside hotel. Supermarket, convenient stores, local restaurants are very close by. About 30 minutes by bus to QuanCheng square.

Friendly and attentive staff. The lake view rooms offer a welcome respite from the bustle of the surrounding area. Good location with Baotu Spring and Spring City Square nearby. Me and my boyfriend stayed here in July 2025. The hotel is great, the room was clean and nice. Had all necessary amenities, bed was comfy, we both don’t smoke so non-smoking room smelled great for us. The service was pretty good too, even though stuff did not speak much English, they were helping and friendly. The only sad thing was, the room didn’t have mini fridge, so we needed to go downstairs to put stuff in the cafeteria fridge, it wasn’t very convenient. But the rest was a 5 star experience. Highly recommend

It took us a little time to find the exact location of the hostel because we did not realise that it shares its ground-floor entrance with another hotel in the same building. Check-in was straightforward: the receptionist was very friendly and showed us around, explaining the basic rules. There are separate rooms for women and men; ours had ten bunk beds and a locker. Extra luggage can be stored in a secure luggage room. Both the room and the bunk bed were very clean. There is a small cupboard and a socket inside each bunk bed. This is very convenient. The room also has air conditioning, but this can be annoying if you have the bed right next to it and cannot agree with your roommates on a suitable temperature at night. In such cases, having a consistent room temperature would be a better solution. There are separate shared bathrooms and showers for men and women, as well as a cosmetic table and washing machines. There is also a community room with a great view, access to a spacious balcony, a fitness area, a coffee/water station, and some other soda and ice machines. The community area has a bar, a home cinema, sofas and tables, as well as a tea corner. This area is great for meeting interesting people. The lake is within walking distance, as is the public transport. Overall, we had a great time there. The staff are welcoming, and there's a family atmosphere. We would choose to stay there again if we visit Jinan again!

Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

The front desk beauty Xiaogu's service was super enthusiastic, and she also helped me upgrade to a deluxe king-size bed room for free. It was my first time staying at the Oriental Hotel, and the price-performance ratio was so high! ! ! The main thing is that the room price is affordable, parking is free, and I am very satisfied with my stay! In short, it is great!

Once you get past the first floor shock, what you get is almost full hotel vibes. The ”soft water” that they provided makes your skin feels smooth too.
