After looking at many hotels, I finally chose this one! It exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design is modern, and the facilities are excellent. The staff are friendly and patiently explain any questions I have. It's also very close to Baotu Spring and Quancheng Square, with direct buses, which is very convenient! They also provided detailed itineraries and food recommendations, which was a relief! Parking is also convenient, perfect for self-driving travelers! It's clean and a worry-free stay. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Jinan!

The location is excellent, close to Jinan's old town and right in front of Shandong University, offering an elegant environment. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also large, all marble, with smooth drainage, stable water temperature and pressure, and a full range of toiletries. The air conditioning was responsive and accurate, and the price was very good! There's also a laundry room with free laundry and dryer service, which was very fast. It was a heartwarming stay and I'll definitely stay again!

The transportation is convenient, there are snacks around, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the cleaning lady is also quite enthusiastic, I asked her for an extra pillow, and she responded to my request. The overall stay experience is good!

This hotel is on Jiefang Road, close to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. It is considered a very cost-effective hotel. There are 7 bus stops from Quancheng Square to the hotel and half a mile. You can reach the hotel within 10 minutes. Before coming to stay, I read the reviews and was worried that my stay would not be good. In fact, my personal experience is pretty good. The room was indeed a bit small, but clean. After a day of sightseeing, I was very tired and I slept very deeply. The breakfast is also quite rich. I will stay here again.

They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked – very satisfied!

AAL1988This hostel is exactly what a solo traveler needs. It’s near a metro station with a good price and lots of equipment.
The hostel is big enough and everyone has his own locker and slippers. The hostel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The beds are comfortable and there is an AC in every room. I totally suggest this hostel to anyone coming to Jinan staying short or long.
The location is right behind the Daming Hu (Daming Lake) and there are various shops around it.
I stayed in this hostel for more than a week and I was absolutely amazed and satisfied.

As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge!
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed.
I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief!
Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift!
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!

Hhhhyun5 stars! ! It was 2 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The lady downstairs thoughtfully delayed check-out for 2 hours. It felt very good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Jinan East Railway Station.

The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
