Sally is so great. She even loan us a wal power adapter we badly need it. She and her friendly hotal staffs arranged a courtesy shuttle to train station. Wow! buffet breafast was the widest variety we have ever seen! we don't need a lunch! i will definitely recommend this hotel in my Los angeles based Burmese newspapers serving rapidly growing Burmese community for sure.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn near Xining High-Speed ​​Railway Station was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the high-speed rail station, making travel very convenient. Parking is also easy, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. The hotel environment is clean and spacious, with a simple yet elegant lobby. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and polite, patiently answering any questions. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The guest rooms were spacious and airy, clean and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, was fully equipped, and the toiletries were of high quality. The rooms had great natural light and ventilation, and the facilities were comprehensive and well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors authentic. The hotel also features a gym and a self-service laundry room. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, offering excellent value for money. My stay was outstanding, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining!

I am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues: The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall. One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early. Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!

The location was perfect, close to Dongguan Mosque and night market. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff and door man are polite and attentive. Thank you for room upgrade and delicious yogurt.

Hotel staff was very nice. The room was a bit old but still good value. Location is great nearby the train station.

Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent for business travelers, with a large supermarket just 1.1 km away (within walking distance). The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay. The facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, even though the style is a bit old-fashioned. The front desk staff are very helpful — although their English is limited, they made great efforts to assist using a translation app. Thanks to their enthusiasm, I was able to book trips to Ta’er Temple and Qilian Temple. I was really impressed by their willingness to help. breakfast and coffee are delicious .I love it. Cons: Although it’s supposed to be a non-smoking floor, it’s hard to avoid the smell of cigarette smoke.
