"Hotel confirmed via WeChat to help me store my parcel 2days before i checked in. After Checked in - they offer to send up the parcel to my room. During check in, to our surprised, hotel prepared some gift pack for Fans attending Zhou Shen's concert. Its was definitely a very good gesture. Gift pack includes items of Local Shenyang produce. (Ji Jia-chicken skeleton). As i am a foreigner without RMB in WeChat wallet, the hotel front desk manager assist me without any hesitation. I really impressed by all the 5* service and felt warmest hospitability from this hotel. Hotel breakfast served a nice spread and very convenient for tourist like us. Hotel is clean, modern, Smoke Free. Conveniently located beside WAN DA mall. Easy to get Didi just outside the hotel. Within 5-10mins walk across to the South Entrance of the Shenyang Olympic Stadium - BEST for Concert goers ! Guess what - thanks for the introduction of Ji Jia- i went to buy up another 8packets and bring home to gift my relatives and friends."

"love the room layout n decor.  front desk was busy did not spend enough time giving us heads-ups on local events n recommendations.  the breakfast spread was impressive n service from allen n summer went above n beyond.  staff should have mentioned 萬象城 the mega mall of 6 stories is a skip n a hop away.  not even have to brave the weather with the walkway inside.  it’s heaven for ladies n shopaholics.   every luxury brand imaginable n then some.  food court on level 6 was fabulous."

"The service and room quality is great. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. They even help me to organise delivery for a parcel that I need to send to another city even I won’t be available when the courier comes to pick up the parcel. Hotel is very new and well equipped. "Great hotel, perfect location between the airport and train station. Rooms are in good and clean condition, good breakfast with a wide selection of foods. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing! I forgot my phone in the taxi to the hotel and Keyon and Yoyo went out of their way to help me retrieve my phone. They translated and arranged for my hotel to be brought back to the hotel and went beyond to ensure I had a very pleasant stay! 10/10! Would 100% recommend staying here and a big shoutout to Keyon and Yoyo!"
