AAnonymous UserTucked away in a lively area, I absolutely loved it. The photo ops were amazing, and the service attitude was excellent. We arrived in Changsha on a red-eye flight, and when we reached the hotel, the lady at the front desk responded quickly to our WeChat message and even ran out to greet us. The staff at the entrance and in the restaurant were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel manager was especially attentive and thoughtful, making us feel right at home during our trip. Since we were traveling with two children, the dining hours here were very flexible, and no matter when we went, we could always find fruit in the restaurant, plus there was afternoon tea – it was fantastic! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Changsha.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, even equipped with a projector. The front desk staff are very welcoming; it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service is exceptional. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including Changsha's special rice noodles, available until 11 AM – a lifesaver for late risers! The Huangxing Square subway station is right downstairs, making transportation super convenient for getting anywhere quickly. Plus, there's free laundry service, which is fantastic for travelers as it really frees up your hands.
The only minor issues are that the soundproofing isn't great (you can hear people leaving the room next door or loud conversations in the hallway), and the air conditioning has a slight noise. Other than that, everything is perfect!!!

The bedding was neat and odorless, and there were no water stains or smudges in the bathroom, which made me feel very comfortable staying there. All the facilities worked properly; the air conditioning and hot water were both excellent, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were super nice, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The environment was quiet and not noisy, offering great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

KKamuyadeWhenever I visit Changsha, I always stay at this Ramada. The front desk staff are lovely, and the room arrangements are great – clean and spacious. The hotel breakfast is quite good, too – a buffet with plenty of choices. They even offer a complimentary laundry service, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel is super convenient, just a five or six-minute walk from Dongtang subway station, and taxis are easily accessible.

Lliuwenyu1968Pretty good! The lobby is impressive, and the room is spacious and bright. The bed is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure and heats up quickly. They provide plenty of bottled water, and the tea set is nice. You can also get eye masks at the front desk. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

It was so clean and comfortable that I didn't even want to leave the room. The thoughtfulness was top-notch. Next time I'm in town, I'm definitely booking this place again!
The room facilities were sparkling new, hygiene was perfect, and the service was gentle and unobtrusive.
It was more comfortable than my own home; I already didn't want to check out.
The hardware is excellent, service is on point, and the attention to detail is superb.
From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was delightful – this is how a hotel stay should be!

BBaochaoxiedianbujialaStayed here during the May Day holiday. Aside from the price, it was a pretty good stay. I had a windowless room located between two hallways. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided detailed information. The room was clean, and the bathroom had solid walls, not those glass ones, which I really liked. My only question was about the bathroom exhaust fan; there was no sound when I turned on the switch, so I'm not sure if it wasn't working or if it's just a silent model.

The hotel offers free luggage storage, which is a lifesaver after check-out – you don't have to drag your bags around while sightseeing, making it completely stress-free. The rooms are clean and tidy, offering a comfortable stay. This place offers great value for money for travelers and is definitely worth recommending.

GGuest UserMy check-in experience was less than pleasant (no water offered at reception, inaccurate estimated waiting times, and I was repeatedly asked to wait). The bathroom in my room still had hair from the previous guest. The wontons at breakfast the next morning were falling apart and bland. Around midnight, the hot water was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. After reporting this to the butler, I was compensated with an afternoon tea fruit platter. My room was also cleaned thoroughly again. When I asked the front desk for watermelon, they provided it. They also proactively extended my check-out by two hours and promptly delivered my laundered clothes to the room, all with a consistently smiling service. I was recommended to this hotel by friends who stayed in a suite as a couple, so my expectations were quite high. My initial impression was very poor, but the account manager managed to turn things around significantly afterwards. I just feel that these issues should have been handled properly from the start and shouldn't have occurred in the first place.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
