Hotels near Sugar Mall, Tainan

I've been to Taiwan many times, and this is the only place I've ever stayed in a 4-star hotel where the price is this good, the breakfast is perfect, and the service is genuine in its cleanliness. I asked for luggage storage service in the morning and the front desk staff went above and beyond the 5-star front desk staff to explain everything in Chinese, Korean and English. I came here for a business trip with my friends and they all gave this hotel a 100 and said they would come back again. The hospitality of the staff will be remembered for the rest of my life. I wish everyone a good health.

New hotel is conveniently situated at tainan 老街，great architecture design with arts pieces on display, rooms are super spacious with beautiful interior deco. Breakfast set is sooooo delicious with different menu to choose from including vegetarian, staff are attentive & friendly, wlll definitely recommend to stay for a different experience.

Had a great stay at Hotel Grand Banyan Tainan. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of local and international choices. Highly recommend!

Hotel staff are polite, helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide spread of food for the complimentary snack. Would highly recommend the passionfruit beer (welcome drink).😋 Breakfast has a good selection. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Had a pleasant time in this hotel. Provided snacks and drinks daily. The male staff that was at the reception at night was very helpful in helping us call local shops and finding things. The breakfast was also delicious! Would return next time!

Was worried about the mixed Google reviews but Villa area was nicer than expected. Recommended to come on a weekday so there are fewer people. Enjoyed the public hot springs (room came with 1 coupon) and the personal room hot springs). Booked Tuscany room and the hot springs are located outdoors, you can still do a nude dip but take note that there are other rooms above you, can wrap a towel from the room the pools. Room itself is smaller than expected but quite decent. Some flies around but otherwise good.

Booked a room with a private hot spring to enjoy the bath at my leisure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

There were no reviews here, so I decided to be an early bird and check it out first. This was my Nth time in Taiwan, and the price was quite good. The location is great, and it's newly built, so it looks spectacular even at night. I highly recommend it! Koreans, come here~~~

Well situated..just across the train station..room was cosy and clean...nearest shopping mall was a 7 minutes walk away..self help washing machine is located at lvl 13..bring enough 10 bucks coin...

Although it is a very retro hotel, the environment is clean and tidy, and the surrounding facilities are also very convenient!
