"Superb location at Tottenham court near Oxford street and Covent Garden where all the shopping and dinning places. Direct train from Heathrow airport. Cozy and clean room for solo traveller. Nearby attraction - British museum, musical and nearby commute by bus/train. Only downside there's no drinking water in the room nor disposable amenities in the bathroom"
"Strategic location, near train station, walkable distance. Many restaurants and shops close by. Lots of tourists checking in, staff were polite and efficient. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Room was standard for a 3 star, no complaints. Excellent hotel for price."
"As a solo traveler, I had such a wonderful stay at Mimi’s. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. It was a tiny room but worked for one person with all the needed items, including a hair dryer and the life saving air conditioner. They also offer £10 charge to store luggage which was nice for walking around before leaving the area. The lobby is also quite lovely and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again, a wonderful spot in the center of theatres and restaurants."
"I arrived early and was arranged early check-in as soon as the room became available, received a room on the ground floor, recently updated as pictured. Front staff was gentle and humorous; room was clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to the British Museum."
"Fabulous location fabulous rooms and we were given as requested a quiet room. Security at hotel very good and staff all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast also very nice huge choice and lovely separate room for City Sleeper guests"
"Fabulous experience staying in President Hotel - amazing location with Russell Sq station only around the corner which made exploring so seamless. I was travelling with my 11 year old daughter on a girls trip for her birthday. The staff surprised us with complementary breakfast & a beautiful surprise from housekeeping when we checked in. Amazing breakfast with great choices. Will most definitely be back on our next trip to London. Thank you for making our stay with you so memorable"
"I recently stayed at Citadines in Holborn and was thoroughly impressed by its **excellent location**, modern amenities, and attentive service. Nestled in the heart of London, this hotel is a perfect base for both leisure and business travelers. **Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The hotel’s location is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from the Holborn Underground station, making it easy to explore central London. The British Museum, Covent Garden, and vibrant West End theaters are all within walking distance, along with countless restaurants and cafes. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or work, the convenience can’t be overstated. **Rooms & Cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** My room was **spotlessly clean**, thoughtfully designed, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern decor gave the space a fresh, welcoming feel. **Amenities & Extras ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The hotel offers fantastic perks that elevate the stay: - **Free coffee/tea station** in the lobby (a lifesaver for early mornings or late-night work sessions!). - **Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi** that worked seamlessly throughout the property. - A laundry room for your washing needs. - Friendly staff who were always ready to assist. **Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The staff were genuinely warm and professional. **Final Thoughts** outstanding value for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities. If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay in London with the perks of a central hub, this is the place. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city! *Pro tip: Don’t miss the free coffee—it’s a great way to start your day before heading out to explore!*"
"The staircase was the only drawback to an otherwise excellent place to stay. But we were prepared for the climb and managed to bring the luggage up. It was easier when bringing the luggage down. Supermarkets are nearby and allowed us to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. The staff are very quick to reply via email when I had an issue with the heating, and it was resolved very quickly. For the price paid in a fabulous location that allowed us to walk to the Regent Street, Trafalgar Square, British Museum and Hyde Park, this is an apartment worth its value."
"What a great location - just around the corner from Russell Square, and near the British Museum, and walking distance to everything! We had a twin room with a street view - despite this it was not noisy as the windows were soundproofed and they could open. The beds were comfortable and good pillows. Separate toilet from the bathroom which had a bathtub. Good design of the room gave you space for a large desk and large cupboard. Friendly helpful reception staff and chamber maid. We really liked it at the Bedford and will come back. Highly recommended!"

Great
GGuest UserThe staff and service provided was top tier. Lee and Abhir were very friendly and supportive with any needs. The hotel is in a great location in walking distance to many places or easy to catch public transport. Amenities provided were great. Only think I'd add is some wooden spatulas as opposed to metal as the pan provided is non stick so pan was scratched up from the metal utensils provided. Again this is a very minor issue majority of the experience was so lovely and we would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserGreat hôtel ( amazingly comfy beds)and great staffs JENNA at The reception is extremely smiley and lovely. We love the proximity of the malls transport places to eat . It was our 3rd or 4th time here and we will come back and stay here next visit
GGuest UserLovely Hotel,, staff very welcoming and checked us in early. Room and bathroom very clean, toiletries provided which was a nice touch. Good location to tube station, plenty of food outlets/restaurants and close to Kensington. Would stay again.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserEverything was great, as always! It’s not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason. The room, bed, and pillows are super comfy, the staff are excellent and always do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Great breakfast and an overall lovely stay — highly recommend!
GGuest UserA very pleasant stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The setting of the hotel and its public areas were all very good. The brasserie restaurant and especially its breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were large and comfortable (slightly firm) but the general decor of the room was a little tired and the lighting and sockets were poorly laid out. The bathroom was clean and well stocked but the fabric of the room was very tired.
GGuest UserThe Reception was very helpful for checking in . Arranged 2 rooms on the same floor and arranged an extra-bed for us . The bed is very comfortable . Location is very convenient .
GGuest UserGreat Location, Comfortable Stay – but Get Ready for Some Stairs! We stayed at Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel and loved its fantastic location, just steps away from Bayswater Station. It made getting around London incredibly easy – ideal for both first-timers and frequent visitors. The room size was decent, perfectly suited for two people. Comfortable and clean, it offered all the essentials for a pleasant stay. However, one thing to note – reaching the room involves navigating quite a few stairs. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. There's charm in the old building’s layout, but accessibility might be a consideration for some guests. Overall, great value for the location, and a solid choice if you're okay with climbing a bit!
GGuest UserMy stay at the Britannia Hotel Ilford was good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby shops. It’s a decent place for a short stay — nothing fancy, but it served the purpose well. Overall, an okay and good experience.
