"Everything was great, as always! It’s not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason. The room, bed, and pillows are super comfy, the staff are excellent and always do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Great breakfast and an overall lovely stay — highly recommend!"

"This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was. The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast. The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water. The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing! The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me. There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile. The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer. The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show. A must stay for anyone in the area."

"Great hôtel ( amazingly comfy beds)and great staffs JENNA at The reception is extremely smiley and lovely. We love the proximity of the malls transport places to eat . It was our 3rd or 4th time here and we will come back and stay here next visit"

"It’s my first time staying at this hotel. Nicole welcomed me warmly when I arrived to check in. After I mentioned that I came here to see the Hunger Games show as my bday treat, she was very nice and also gave me a box of chocolate to say happy birthday (thank you very very much Nicole!) The room is nice and I really liked that the pool and other amenities are included in the room booking - would recommend for its location and the service."

"What an amazing find, every space is gorgeously quirky with plants and ornaments and interesting sensations. The food (we had dinner and breakfast) was excellent with a Turkish theme, in the nicest way it had a home cooked vibe to everything , lovely. The room was fine, the Aircon worked perfectly and wasn't noisy, nice complimentary tea and coffee and water and toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful but .. you need a passport or driver's license to check in and I was not aware of that , (born and live in the UK and don't generally carry ID with me)."

"The room was large, like an apartment, and had cooking equipment and a stove, as well as a dishwasher, which was quite surprising for this type of hotel. However, since it's a new hotel and only recently opened, there was still a paint smell in the room, but this was remedied by air freshener spray. Overall, it was very good."

"Location is good because it is very near to Stratford Station - direct train to Heathrow Airport. Guest room is clean and contemporary. Comfy bed and Air-conditioning works well. They also provide shampoo and shower gel with good scent. The only improvement is the staff service at the counter as they are quite cool yet the housekeeper service is really nice and helpful!"
