Pros: The reception staff are great, especially Sree and Sunday, and solved problems effectively and efficiently. Location is great especially for users of Elizabeth Line to and from Heathrow. Various choices of room size. Hotel is new and clean. Cons: No electric kettle in room. You need to go down to ground floor to get hot water from the coffee machine. Water is free but not the coffee. I booked a First Class Room, but the system gave me one on the first floor with no windows. I put up with it for the first 2 days as I was busy. Later had to change room. First class room is roomy, but other rooms are on the small side.

This was me & my wife's first ever stay in London to come see a theatre show which I had booked tickets for my wife's birthday & we were a little apprehensive about stopping over. We searched various hotels for our stay & came across the Apex Court & on our first impressions we decided to book. We are certainly glad that we did choose this hotel as from the moment we arrived everything was just perfect. The hotel is located just enough out of the way of the end of the main part of fleet Street & is setback enough with it's own court yard so it's quiet & feels very secure. This was something we thought wouldn't be possible in Central London to have a quiet oasis & security without spending a fortune. But this hotel surpassed all our expectations. The staff were all so pleasent & helpful , nothing seems too much trouble for them. We left our suit case with them as we were there early well before our check in time of 3pm.. The staff at reception even tried to check us in 5 hours early, but no rooms were available until our correct check in time. So we enjoyably spent the afternoon visiting the likes of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben & taking in all the other sightseeing spots. Upon returning we checked in & the staff upgraded us free of charge to a superior room. The hotel interior is decorated to a very high standard throughout & the rooms certainly don't disappoint, the room offers lots of space, a suoer comfy king-size bed, luxury bathroom with bath & separate shower. There's a large widescreen TV with plenty of channels & Netflix etc.., a fridge, tea, coffee making supplies & my wife's favourite thing a red rubber duck lol. Thank you to all the Staff at Apex Court for making our stay so comfortable & easy. We now have a new found faith that London is'nt that big bad city we had been led to believe & will definitely have no hesitation in coming back again & booking in at Apex Court.

I'm on my honeymoon! I want to feel more local feeling than the hotel I booked it as an airbnb-feeling apartment Very spacious and nice! I didn't worry about badburgh! It was good condition, and it was good to take a towel if you ask. There's all the kitchen, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the microwave, the pot, etc. It was great to take the Korean food you brought! Especially, the hot water and the radiator are so warm that they are so warm It was a basement floor (ring underground), but it didn't matter! There was a window so it was ventilated! However, I recommend that you check in online in advance and then receive the door code in advance! We didn't do it in advance, but it was blocked at the entrance and kept in touch with the ownerㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ It is very convenient to receive the code! Thank you for your intermediate contact :)

This is a good hotel if you're looking for a more economical stay with a good breakfast. We had a great check in experience where we had arrived early and had a short wait for an early check in. The staff were very good here helping us find a table each morning for breakfast, made an ice pack for my wife's sore foot and they have a fridge to store food items behind the front desk. The location was pretty good and it was a short walk to popular attractions like Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, and Burough Market. There were a few restaurants nearby and we enjoyed grabbing quick bites at many of the nearby shops including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Amazon Fresh. There are lots of hotels in the area as well. The hotel is located about a 7 minute walk from Blackfriars station which offers Thameslink Service to Gatwick Airport and connects easily to the Elizabeth Line to go to Heathrow. It is within a 15 minute walk to Waterloo and Southwark stations and there are busses that go through the area too so it makes the city very accessible. It is worth checking out the train schedule because some trains go every 20-30 minutes instead of the frequency north of the Thames. The room was nicely appointed with a comfy bed, four pillows, a small work space, a small wardrobe, tea station, large television, and some shelving to store our things. We were transiting through London and had brought three large suitcases with us and there was plenty of space for those. The hotel is located in a quieter area and the air conditioning is very strong so we enjoyed each night's sleep. There were signs posted that they were undergoing some maintenance work during our stay in August 2025 so it was very noisy after 9:30 am in the hotel. This is a temporary issue. We felt that the housekeeping could improve because we were provided with dirty hand towels a couple of times and they did not vacuum the floor at the entrance of the room. The wifi was good and if you've set up an IHG account before you can quickly and easily log in but we found that we had to reconnect each night. The bathroom was pretty good with a nice new and clean shower. The shower was very good each night with an adjustable head, eco setting, good temperature control and tight seals to keep the water in. They have unique shampoo and body wash that are kale and parsley scented. There isn't much room to hang wet towels in the bathroom but they do have hooks in the bedroom that we used. The breakfast was good and we were happy it was included in our stay. They had all the fixings for an English breakfast with particularly good sausages and rashes of bacon. They also had yoghurt, fruit, cheese and some cereal for a lighter breakfast. The coffee machine was good for made to order options and there was a good selection of tea. You can make yourself a go bag as well and they will let you take food too. If you have dietary restrictions you can let the front desk know when you check in and they will accommodate. We had a good stay here and it fit our itinerary. Picking a hotel in London can be tricky but the price, location, and room were right for us.

Overall was good stay for 4 nights. Simple and good varieties of breakfast ( incl for vegetarian). Close to Waterloo UG Station and Eye of London. Helpful front desk and restaurant staff. Booked the Hop Off Londoin Bus Golden Tour bus from the front desk and it is walking distance to the Eye of London and National Theatre.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in London. The location is very convenient. It is close to Russell Square. Across the square is the British Museum. It is very convenient to see exhibitions. Next to UCL, there are many students and full of vitality. The surrounding transportation is convenient. All kinds of bus stations are convenient to go anywhere. It takes 10 minutes to walk to St. Pancras and King's Cross stations. The hotel has a large passenger flow. There are many students from all over the world who come to study, so the service can keep up with it, which is very good. I think it would be hard to find a better value hotel in the area, and I recommended it to a friend visiting London last year, and the feedback was great. Continue to live afterwards.

Enjoyed an excellent stay. Room was clean and had everything I needed (except slippers) — chocolate gift and eco-friendly water bottles. Buffet breakfast was varied, tasty, and well stocked. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great location — walking distance to “theatreland,” Covent Garden (closest Tube station), Westminster (Big Ben & Houses of Parliament), and even the British Museum (about 25 minutes) — surrounded by bars and restaurants.

ROOM is not small but very tiny, stayed 3 nights for single occupancy. Had to step into toilet to close front door. from front door its one step to left toilet/bath and one step to right a queen bed. there was a weird pillar in middle of room as well. noisy dripping sound from above, all day, all night, ask to change rooms which comes with condition to check out in morning and ”try” checking in again in late afternoon/evening. i gave up and they came to change my room shower head while i was away which is totally not the noise origination.... they don't clean rooms daily. no phone in room had to go down to fetch amenities and water if u need experience wise not good for GBP250+/night. On the good side, room, towels, bedsheets are clean. if you just there for 1 night its ok but not more.

Staffs at the front desk were so nice and friendly. Room is so small and you can hear sound from underground but not a problem for me. Will come back to stay again for sure!
