GGuest User5 minutes walk along SkyWalk to Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast selection. They have an ‘egg chef’ waiting for your order. Nice room (5th floor) with plenty of space. Comfy bed. Nice big TV. Good hot water for shower.

GGuest UserExceptional positive experience with friendly helpful staff from check-in to breakfast. So close to terminal 5 Heathrow, just easy walking distance. Comfortable beds, nice gym and spa. But what was remarkable was the positive vibes from all the staff. Sure the decor isn't the newest but everything is clean and good. Will stay here again.

GGuest UserOne night stay at heathrow after a flight. Emailed hotel the night before to ask for a nice view as it was my brothers birthday treat and he loved watching the planes. Had already booked a runway view room but some are on lower floors so more restricted. On arrival at the hotel they had upgraded us to a suite which was a really lovely gesture however we had booked a twin and the suite was a double. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up. After 4 visits to reception and a 5 hour wait, housekeeping finally made up the sofa bed. By this point we were extremely tired as we'd had a really long day so it did damper our experience a little. The birthday cake and note in the suite were a lovely touch. With the upgrade, we were given access to the executive lounge which has a great view over the runway to watch the planes. Drinks available all day with alcohol in the evening and canapés. Unlike every other executive lounge ive been to, the canapés were served plated to your table which seemed a little strange and also made the service very slow as the lounge was full. Also meant there was a higher level of wastage as people didnt want some of the selection. Based on this visit, I wouldn't book a room for the lounge access. There are much better hotels at the airport with better lounges if that's what your looking for. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Again, great view of the runway. Aircon wouldn't go below 20 which was a little annoying with how warm London is at the moment. Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious food. I would stay here again but wouldn't worry about access to the executive lounge as that was disappointing.

GGuest UserI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room. The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring. Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car. I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip. Nice room with two big double beds. Shower is great but the bath is really shallow so not ideal if you like a nice soak. Good WiFi, big TV, fridge in the room etc. Breakfast is excellent. Great selection. Coffee could be better. I wouldn't expect a hilton property to use cheap coffee machines with powdered milk instead of fresh. Location is great. There is the usual hoppa bus to the terminals for £7 or you can walk for 4-5 minutes to Hatton Cross and take the subway train for free to all the terminals (just use a contact less card to get through the barriers).

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing place with wonderful view of city and heathrow airport accessible to the bus metro lines..Rooms were clean and trendy but small with no refrigerator and wardrobe but it's OK for us .had amazing time in the lounge with lots of games .breakfast was very good.there are limited option for food .I would highly recommend this place for stay.love this place and definitely stay there again ..Staffs were friendly and helpful. Thannk you moxy for wonderful memories 💖

GGuest UserIt a nice purpose build hotel, not far from metro station and shopping of Hounslow suburb. It's easy to find and has a parking and taxi drive through at the main entrance. There are light proof curtains, a comfy bed, breakfast downstairs, maids are not walking in if you press the lights, don't disturb . Very attentive staff, dealing with request in a professional and effective manner. Noise from traffic and airplaines is not an issue, however banging doors and thin floors, can keep awake. To central London is about 1 hour, given the demand for hotels around festive season , this hotel offers good value for money.
