"I booked a full board package. The location is conveniently located near to the Hell valley tourist spots. Pick up from the Beppu station was punctual and drop off after check out to station makes travel relaxing. Room was extremely spacious and environment was tranquil. Food was good, both dinner and breakfast. Facilities were also great!"

"Stayed in a clean Western style room which had twin beds. Dinner and breakfast were nicely presented and delicious. Both the public and private onsens were nice. Good value for money."
"I stayed in a room for two nights this time. It is very suitable for self-driving trips and family accommodation. The staff are polite and helpful. Although the hotel has signs of age, the rooms are clean and tidy, with an open-air bath and a large indoor pool. Will stay again👍🏻!"
"A cozy onsen hotel! Round trip taxi between hotel and Beppu station cost ¥4,300. The room is very spacious and and tatami is very comfy. A pleasant surprise by the two delicious meals included and like very much the arrangement of a private room for meal. The staff are super friendly. "
"The room has its own hot spring and sauna. After a day of sightseeing, soaking in the hot spring and sauna can relieve fatigue. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, which is very suitable for couples!"
"Thank you for the directions to a nearby restaurant. Arigatona."

Amazing
GGuest UserWorth for every JPY you've spent!! This is the best hotel for my trip. The location is just 30 sec. from the train station and bus stop, connected with the main street, and very close with the convenient store. The hotel style is so gorgeous, perfect combination between the traditional Japanese house and modern facilities. Completely clean and good smell since the front door. Peaceful, relax, and private. The Onsen are so nice and clean. And, yes! The food (both breakfast and dinner) are soooooo good!! I'm so happy with this hotel. Fulfill my trip with the good memories.
JJayyyyyyyy888The food is incredibly tasty, the service is excellent, and the rooms are spotless. There are various private hot springs available for guests. Overall, it’s a great experience.
GGuest UserGreat location in the city, surrounded by many good food spots and public transportation. Modern hotel, beautiful interiors and experience. Very welcoming front desk setting and dining area. Super clean and beautiful place. Helpful and professional front desk team. Great view of the city from our rooms, rooftop pool/sauna/onsen. Spacious rooms with huge windows for unobstructed views. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThis is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, probably because it’s very new. I was extremely satisfied with all the facilities in my room. The space was great, and having a kitchen and a washing machine was a huge plus. There’s also a rooftop onsen available for guests, which I really enjoyed. I absolutely loved the free welcome drinks at the entrance I honestly wish I could take the machine home! Overall, the stay was very comfortable. If I were to give one suggestion, it would be to improve the privacy of the onsen slightly, as it’s still possible to see inside from the entrance, which may cause some privacy concerns.
MMyra RegnerAmazing service by Yoshi san of Dining, Amy of Front Desk. The hotel is small with limited facilities but they try their best to create activities with guest engagements such as morning exercise, sake drinking for free, onsen water lab education, music entertainment and some games for guests to enjoy. Highly recommended.
GGuest Userwalkable to station, provide washing machine and dryer at 300 jpy, private onsen just 500 jpy, got large common area, the hotel is a bit old, but it is clean, and given the price i paid, very satisfied
