"Worth for every JPY you've spent!! This is the best hotel for my trip. The location is just 30 sec. from the train station and bus stop, connected with the main street, and very close with the convenient store. The hotel style is so gorgeous, perfect combination between the traditional Japanese house and modern facilities. Completely clean and good smell since the front door. Peaceful, relax, and private. The Onsen are so nice and clean. And, yes! The food (both breakfast and dinner) are soooooo good!! I'm so happy with this hotel. Fulfill my trip with the good memories."
"Great location in the city, surrounded by many good food spots and public transportation. Modern hotel, beautiful interiors and experience. Very welcoming front desk setting and dining area. Super clean and beautiful place. Helpful and professional front desk team. Great view of the city from our rooms, rooftop pool/sauna/onsen. Spacious rooms with huge windows for unobstructed views. Highly recommended."
"Business hotels in Japan are well known to be small so i wasn’t surprised at the size. Its acceptable for me since i will be utilising it for sleep only. Its literally next to Beppu station so commuting was extremely convenient. The amenities are good too and everything is clean. I had a pleasant stay. Most importantly its very affordable!"
"This hotel has one of the friendliest reception desk. The elderly uncle manning the front desk was most helpful. When we came back late one night and when the carpark was full. He helped arrange for us to park at the station carpark with no additional costs. And he patiently guided us to the location with a hand drawn map. The local breakfast provided was much enjoyed. Simple fare but it was filling. And it was actually quite enjoyable. Enclosed pictures of our local Japanese breakfast over the 2 days that we stayed in the hotel. The hotel is also within walking distance to the train station. And under the train station there's a supermarket which use super convenient to grab some grocery items for the stay."
"Great stay! Walkable to the train station, great amenities, has an onsen opened 1500-0900, breakfast spread is great, especially the croissants! There's alcohol serve every night too! Too bad we do not drink. Washing machine is reasonable priced at 200 and dryer is free! Appreciate the amenities and service!! Slight negative is the carpark and a 3 mins walk for 1200 per night. Was cold and inconvenient to drag the luggages so remember to alight your passengers and luggages before parking! Will be back!!"
"Good location being right across the bus and train station. The staff are nice and accommodating. Went there earlier than check in time but I was able to leave my luggage. I got to visit the Beppu Jigokus while I was out! During check in, i was assisted by the front desk and that made the process a lot quicker. All front desk staff I spoke to spoke English! Check out was done easily by giving the card back to front desk and confirming room number and number of people. Didn’t state a preference so i got a smoking room. When i entered there was a lingering smoke smell but it was a quick fix with the air purifier available. Amenities are available by the 2 floor elevator where the reception is. Breakfast is 6:30to 9:30 just present card key to restaurant staff. They were also very nice. Overall, would book again for the next Beppu stay. I might even get to try the onsen next time."
"Absolutely love the roof top pool and onsen at the next building. Love the view. Will stay again because of it. Near to station as well."

Amazing
JJayyyyyyyy888The food is incredibly tasty, the service is excellent, and the rooms are spotless. There are various private hot springs available for guests. Overall, it’s a great experience.
GGuest UserI booked a full board package. The location is conveniently located near to the Hell valley tourist spots. Pick up from the Beppu station was punctual and drop off after check out to station makes travel relaxing. Room was extremely spacious and environment was tranquil. Food was good, both dinner and breakfast. Facilities were also great!
GGuest UserThis is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, probably because it’s very new. I was extremely satisfied with all the facilities in my room. The space was great, and having a kitchen and a washing machine was a huge plus. There’s also a rooftop onsen available for guests, which I really enjoyed. I absolutely loved the free welcome drinks at the entrance I honestly wish I could take the machine home! Overall, the stay was very comfortable. If I were to give one suggestion, it would be to improve the privacy of the onsen slightly, as it’s still possible to see inside from the entrance, which may cause some privacy concerns.
MMyra RegnerAmazing service by Yoshi san of Dining, Amy of Front Desk. The hotel is small with limited facilities but they try their best to create activities with guest engagements such as morning exercise, sake drinking for free, onsen water lab education, music entertainment and some games for guests to enjoy. Highly recommended.
GGuest Userwalkable to station, provide washing machine and dryer at 300 jpy, private onsen just 500 jpy, got large common area, the hotel is a bit old, but it is clean, and given the price i paid, very satisfied
MMoon RockThe staff is friendly and speaks English well; the place is quiet and cozy, and the location is perfect. It’s almost a distance to Beppu tourist attractions, especially the Beppu tower and Beppu JR stations. The hostel is also located near the port area, where you can relax and take a break. The hostel also has a cafe, a spacious kitchen, and an artificial hot spring. Although some amenities are not included, you have to purchase them at the front desk, the accommodation cost is relatively cheap, so that’s okay. It's a good thing I have my own towels and other amenities. I will definitely be back here when I return.
