The staff there were accomodatingly friendly when we first got there allowing us to leave our luggages earlier on the day itself until the check-in time and before our check-out time at a fixed time period. The hotel room was peacefully quiet and comfortably clean to stay for the nights we've booked and we were able to make do with the space we were given.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was very good, and we loved the unlimited soda drinks available from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which was a nice extra perk after a long day. The hotel offers unlimited toiletries, and you can conveniently get your own supplies as needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels provided. The bathtub is a big plus, with strong hot water, perfect for relaxing. Another great feature is the laundry access, which is very helpful for longer stays. The staff were very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is very convenient and near the station, making it easy to travel around. Best of all, the hotel offers all these comforts at an affordable price, making it excellent value for money. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoy my time there. Accommodation was very nice for its price and a lot better than most budget hotel. Amenities are very near. Mega Donki Asakusa is just a 5 mins walk and other landmarks such at Senso-Ji temple is less than 10 mins away. Combinis are also found less than a min away. There is over night parking just in front of the place at 400yen till 0800hrs which is v cheap for Asakusa. Laundr in the place was 24hrs. No issue with that. All the staffs were very accommodating and friendly would highly recommend for solo travellers or even a group of friends staying in individual pods / rooms. Would definitely come again.

You can see the Tokyo Skytree directly from the top floor, and the sunset views are incredibly soothing. The location is very close to Oshiage Station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurant options nearby. The room is a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby offers a self-service snack and drink bar all day. The staff's English is excellent.

It's an older and very basic hotel. It's ok just to stay a night with a comfortable bed and a hot shower but don't expect for anything else extra. I can't even find a garbage can inside the room. Front counter service was excellent though. For what's available I think it's a little bit over priced. Another plus it's just right across a JR train station.

Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho is ideally located just 9 minutes from Tokyo Station. It’s a 1-minute walk from the North Exit of JR Kinshicho Station, and directly connected to Exit 5 of the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line. With direct access to Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo Dome, the hotel is a perfect base for sightseeing around the city. Some guest rooms and the elevator hall offer stunning views of Tokyo Skytree—ideal for soaking in the ever-changing cityscape throughout the day.

AAnonymous User 2026.03.06
The location is fantastic! The Hanzomon Line entrance is right in B2 of the same building, offering a direct train to Shibuya without any transfers. The bus stops for both Haneda and Narita airports are just a short walk, a couple hundred meters away. While the Narita bus has infrequent service, you can easily take a direct train from JR Kinshicho station. It takes a bit longer but it's super convenient and hassle-free. For shopping and entertainment, PARCO is right next door, along with a Toho cinema. Don Quijote is also within walking distance. The room is just about big enough to open a 26-inch suitcase (though it will block the way). For a hotel in Tokyo at this price point, the room size is actually pretty decent. Small bonuses: you can catch a glimpse of the Sky Tree from the window near the elevator, and a bit of Tokyo Tower from the room itself. The only slight downside is that they don't offer free luggage storage until the afternoon. Overall, it's highly recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel for first-time solo travelers looking to experience Tokyo on a budget. It’s located in a peaceful part of Asakusa, making it a quiet place to return to after a busy day, yet it's still within walking distance of the famous Senso-ji Temple. The Highlights: The Room: While the rooms are small, they are perfectly sized for one person and remain very comfortable and functional. Location: Only a 5-minute walk from the Ginza Line metro station. Super convenient for getting around the city. Convenience: You’re spoiled for choice with three convenience stores nearby (two 7-Elevens and a Lawson). Facilities: Free amenities and a microwave are available on the 2nd floor. There is also a coin-operated laundry located right on the side of the building for easy access. Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, but you can drop off your luggage early. Check-out is incredibly seamless—since the doors use a code system instead of key cards, you can just head out when you're ready without stopping at the front desk. Staff & Cleanliness: The staff were very helpful and the entire property was kept spotlessly clean. Overall, this is a safe, quiet, and easy choice for anyone traveling alone!

Pros: The surrounding residential area is relatively quiet, and the room is spacious enough to fully open two 26-inch suitcases. Check-in was smooth, just entering the access codes for the building downstairs and the room door. Cons: The frustrating part was that room 503, which we were assigned, had no curtains. Later, we realized the entire curtain track was missing and had been removed and placed in a separate compartment (without screws or a screwdriver). We called customer service to discuss this (knowing English was really important, otherwise I wouldn't have known how to explain it). The customer service initially said they'd send someone to check, but then said the maintenance worker wasn't available and would only come tomorrow. I was like, 'Are we supposed to sleep with all the neighbors watching?' I immediately asked if we could switch rooms, and eventually, we moved to room 602, which had curtains. The whole ordeal took over an hour. Sometimes I feel it's better to be cautious when choosing Airbnb-style accommodations in a foreign country; it can be quite troublesome when you really need help.

KkhosodaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by every aspect of the experience. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough space to relax after a long day. The location is another major highlight. It is very convenient and well-situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, transportation, and restaurants. This made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm and professional attitude. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Every meal I had was satisfying and enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob). Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn. They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park. However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay: 1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around. 2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

CCN_NanaThe facility was great in general. Except you cant stay over the day its just for sleeping, showering and then you can leave it ln daytime, leave your stuff, as they clean and restrict the sleeping area. Otherwise it was kind of an all inclusive experience and did have a clean and nice washroom, as well as all round service. But it was a bit loud in the morning, the cleaning stuff rummages around exactly in front of the bed, talking, making noise cleaining beds 2 hours before check out.
