The hotel atmosphere was super nice, cozy, and perfect for a special occasion. We were pleasantly surprised when the team prepared a complimentary swan towel decoration in our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel even more meaningful. The amenities were excellent too: the room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for both of us. The food throughout our stay was delicious, and the hotel even provided a complimentary supper, which we truly appreciated. Another plus point is that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it extremely convenient for us to walk around and explore without needing to drive. The hotel is newly renovated. We love the view from the room that we can see the river. The hotel is very near to the train station, not more than 10 minutes by car.

Our stay in Impiana Hotel was nice and wonderful. We were treated by the concierge staff and front manager with in a very friendly manner. The room was spacious and well equipped. The coffee house serve good food. Overall the services provided by the hotel was superb.

Good location. It is quite silent place but not far away from town. Just walk about 5 min reached Ipoh old town and can have a cup of old town white coffee there. The service is friendly and the decorations of the hotel is high standard and make people feel so comfortable. The price we pay through trip.com is reasonable.

The apartment is huge and very convenient. Within all the dining and shopping area. Lots of parking and the upper level is very quiet. The apartment is clean with check in was easy.
