Decent hotel, but the facilities maybe a bit old. The water heater took a while to get to the right temperature if not sometimes too hot or too cold. The drainage also clogged and water overflowed on the first night of my stay.
But thanks to Samantha being so helpful and resolved the issue by asking technician to come immediately. She even offered 1 day of free breakfast, kudos to the service.

Facilities: The cottage I stayed in is detached, not inside the main building, so the soundproofing was a bit lacking.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: It's in a relatively quiet area, surrounded by apartments. Across the street, there are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a bakery.
Service: Good.

1. The location is excellent, very close to the shopping malls on Orchard Road. Since we were traveling with elderly people and children, we took taxis everywhere to minimize walking. It took us until the third day to realize that exiting directly from the front door would lead us closer to the main shopping street.
2. The hotel facilities are quite old, and the rooms show their age. In room 330, where we stayed, the bathtub had a leaking pipe. We reported it to housekeeping, but nothing was done. Despite being old, the beds are very large. We booked a room with one king-size bed and one single bed, which was very accommodating for a family with two children, especially when traveling with seniors. There was plenty of space for everyone. The hotel has a peculiar smell; if you're sensitive to odors, I'd recommend requesting a room change early.
3. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary bottled water, but you can buy it at the front desk for S$2 a bottle, which is slightly cheaper than 7-Eleven. Most of the front desk staff speak English. I'm not sure if it's because we're Chinese, but when we checked in, Korean guests were given high-floor rooms, while we were assigned a very low room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor itself isn't a problem, but lower-floor rooms tend to have a smell. If this bothers you, it's best to mention it in advance. We arrived in Singapore past 2 AM, so we were too tired and just wanted to rest, so we didn't bother discussing it with the front desk. I had also requested 'no corner room' when booking, but we were given the very last room on the floor, so the request was completely ignored.
4. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is quite convenient, with two pools – one deep and one shallow.
Overall, it offers good value for money, with large rooms and an excellent location. If you don't mind the potential odor on lower floors, the outdated facilities, and the somewhat average service, it's still a very cost-effective choice (especially since we were out all day and only returned to sleep at night).

The room was clean and comfortable for a night stay . With the shared toilet availability. However the toilet cleanliness is not excellent, maybe because really a lot of occupancy that’s why the cleaner not able to clean the bathroom immediately or after use by the guest
ibis budget Singapore West Coast's idyllic setting is great for those seeking accommodation close to nature. There's plenty of open spaces just a stone throw away in West Coast Park, a great green sanctuary. The best hidden gem in the park is the Marsh Gardens that leads to a small lake and jetty, which is great for terrapin spotting and other wildlife. The park also hosts a spacious Adventure Playground ideal for kids or kids at heart.

let’s me say my thinking:
1/ when I arrived it was uncomfortable situation on reception by asking me if I’m sure that I want to have one bed cuz there were two guys. We fine with both, but I don’t think that it is reception business who sleeps how. For me I like big bed and two blankets that give you more space. Especially with friend I travel for years;
2/ I never tried swimming pool so I have no idea if it is good or not;
3/ I have to admit beddings and pillows are very good quality and very clean, no objections, this is 100% satisfied;
4/ room is very “tired”. The carpet done of the pieces, it is very old;
5/ room smells moldy and a/c doesn’t work good enough to dry it, so due to high humidity it is not so good;
6/ I remember that 4* hotel should provide you with 3 types of towel for person: face, hands, body towels, however you will get one. Yes, they change it everyday, but it will be one per day. Besides, the quality is very low and sometimes old with holes;
7/ all environment is old and broken: shower, cabinet, old and smelly carpet;
8/ if you use toilet be sure: other will be disturbed by lights and by whatever you do in toilet - 0 of privacy;
9/ we had only one lamp in the shower, it was feeling so dark, like im in the house basement.
Conclusion: location good and beddings clean. Rest not. I suggest to pay 50$ more per night but get something much better.

Great value for the price! I was really satisfied; the room was clean, the hallways were clean, and the pool was nice too. The staff at check-in spoke Chinese, and those who didn't were very enthusiastic and used gestures to communicate. I'd definitely stay here again. The only thing is it's about a 10-minute walk to the metro station. Orchard Road isn't really for the average shopper – there are cheap and expensive options, but I think Jewel Changi Airport and VivoCity are better places to browse.

Great
YYangfanlangziThe overall environment is excellent, making it a great choice for families with children. I booked a king-sized bed room, and since I had a child with me, they arranged a sofa bed. They even knew it was my child's birthday and sent a small cake in advance, which I really appreciate from both the hotel and Trip.com staff. If I had to pick a small flaw, it would be on ***** New Year's Eve, when I was staying in room 827. The housekeeping staff left a towel on the table and didn't replace the toilet paper, which had run out. They also provided one less towel than usual. I tip every day, so I assume they were just very busy and had different staff that day. However, this doesn't stop me from giving the Shangri-La a five-star rating. I look forward to staying here again!
GGuest UserThe room was pretty good. The room type I booked came with a very long sofa, and the front desk kindly informed us that it could be converted into a small bed, so our family of three didn't have to squeeze onto one bed. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, shopping malls, and the subway station. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
SShEnshenShEnTraveling solo to Singapore, I searched for accommodations and ultimately settled on this place – and I'm very happy with my choice! The entire apartment complex is actually located within a mall, which is super convenient, especially since a well-known breakfast spot is right there. It's also quite accessible to both the MRT and bus stops. Plus, there's an art museum and a church right next door, so there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The room itself was very clean and, while not huge, was perfectly comfortable for one person. One thing to note, though, is that the fire station is directly across the street, so there might be some noise at times. It really depends on your sensitivity to noise. For me, it was perfectly fine.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with a shopping mall right downstairs and Lau Pa Sat nearby, making dining very convenient. The decor is modern, and there's even a small kitchenette. The best part is being able to go up to the 51st floor for amazing views of Singapore.
GGuest UserSurprised about hotel room upgrade from queen size bed to king size bed! Room was spacious enough to put several large luggages together on the floor. The amazing location juz opposite Takashimaya and Paragon and mosque@Orchard Road. The hotel staffs were all very friendly and approachable. Asian buffet style breakfast@Eden restaurant - normally can only find plain porridge but here surprisingly we found delicious fish porridge with no fishy smell! Thank you, Pullman hotel for excellent services.
YYaoziCatherineThe location is quite convenient, and there's a free laundry room on the first floor. However, there's only one washer and one dryer, so you might have to queue up in the evenings. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very polite and enthusiastic. The room is on the smaller side, but clean, and probably best suited for one person. For two people, you'd likely struggle to open your suitcases. The downside is that there's a restaurant on the first floor, and the corridor on the second floor gets quite smoky during dinner time.
GGuest UserLocation is underrated for a disconnect getaway.
- Decent buffet breakfast with coffee, porridge, soup
- Good quality Dim Sum Buffet Lunch @ Wok 15
- Swimming pool and sunbeds
- Fully equipped gym
- Take jogs / walks around Sentosa
- Balcony with bay view of yatchs
Some things to take note
- In our room, the only way to shower is in the bath tub which is built in to the ground - not suitable for physically challenged or elderly at all.
- Only cash or physical credit card accepted for deposit.
AAnonymous UserI wouldn’t say the hotel is at tip top condition given it is just a 2-year old hotel. Curtain hooks are falling off (I fixed it myself). Only two pillows for in the room we stayed (isnt it normally 4 pillows for a hotel room?). Asked for extra pillow and duvet for the sofa bed, got extra towel and didnt get extra pillow, too lazy to fix it so I gave up… towel is a bit worn off too…
Aside from that, I love the location! Close to changi village hawker for all the good food, close to changi beach for an evening stroll and morning exercise.
Overall nice experience but maybe not for the picky humans.
I was going to give 3.5 stars initially. Gave 4 stars because the nice staff voluntarily helped to load our luggages onto our cab!
SSanmingzhijiAfter a few days exploring Singapore, I'm grateful for this accommodation. The surrounding area is decent, and the hostel's air conditioning kept it nice and cool. Plus, there's a balcony where you can stargaze at night...
SSTJK-111The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient! I stayed alone and the room size was perfectly adequate. It was my first time traveling abroad, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, it was a good experience. I stayed for 5 days, and the room was cleaned promptly every day.
