"Good stay But not the same before Lounge/club have stopped No afternoon tea No cocktail hours Shame ,they did vey well . 24th floor area Change to a restaurant / chill zone Good no kids ! But they place a large sofe in the main photo spot Sofa for about 10 people ...but on the day we were there just 2 girls ,spread out taking the best position Waste of space ... The rest as higj standard Happy hours ...bring the way over pricrd down to regalar price ++ , everybody hates + + ! Just give us the price Breakfast was the consitant standard ....excellent choice I think may be the last time here Nothing really wrong with the hotel or staff Just the No lounge /club Change to 24th floor ....not a good layout 27th floor because no seating /view / photos spot Overcrowed .... Not good value now Sorry"

"Enjoyable stay in this modern hotel. Liked the 24 hour check in service and no need to get up for breakfast at a set time. Good food at breakfast. Room was comfortable although no desk to work. Enjoyed the small rooftop swimming pool and happy hour cocktails. Gym was well equipped but too small. Coffee in the room was amazing."

"First of all i want to thank to sir Moni for his wonderful job!He fulfill my request even thought I celebrated my anniversary alone in pattay,but he made my simple anniversary to a extra ordinary anniversary celebration thank you so much sir Moni! Everyone in Akara is soo accommodating and friendly.. the Room is big and spacious very clean! And good smells, and the room itself has a spectacular view specially during sunrise! The food iss soooo delicious you dont know where to start first in breakfast buffet! I love it sooo much i cant wait to goo back ik pattaya and stay in AKARA again! Oveerr alll it was a fantastic stay..Great job everyone ❤️🫶🏼"

"Amazing location, my wife was very happy to have a great shopping mall in her backyard 😃 All the staff from the front line reception and luggage crew, cleaning staff, breakfast crew, pool-water park, gym and all other services very welcoming and helpful with great hospitality.Breakfast has lots of variety  food for everyone but in my opinion they can do better with improving the food taste. We strongly recommend and will definitely be back in near future."

"This is the second time we have stayed here, this time only for 1 night. The first time we stayed here 3 years ago, we had breakfast included and the breakfast had a massive selection of foods. We both left every morning full and satisfied. We stayed here again because we knew that the rooms were so quiet and we could not hear any noise from outside and from nearby bars. We were on floor 10 again and rooms are still modern and well maintained. Perfect location to get everywhere by Songtel or walk. Nice swimming pool, very friendly staff and easy parking."

"This hotel is a must lovely staff very pleasant & helpful the room we had deluxe sea view for four days fantastic swimming pool great gym 3 lifts no waiting times getting to your room fantastic choice of breakfast delicious & the hotel location is fantastic plenty of car park spaces .  We had a great time staying here & we will definitely return in the near future I would go as far to say this would be one of the best in the area"
