I am very satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to Pratunam Night Market. The price is affordable, all the staff are very kind and helpful, and the best part is that we were able to check in early when we arrived. I really loved my stay here and would definitely come back again.

Ascella Hotel has 3 separated buildings in the same street. The building that we stayed might be newly renovated. It’s had 6 story and we stayed at the top floor rooms. Even though, they said 2 family rooms with living, actually, 2 separated rooms with 2 separated doors for each rooms. However, each room was quite spacious as shown in photos taken by myself. Since we stayed there only 1 night before fly back home, we have no fussy complaints to the hotel. Its cleanliness is quite good and hospitality is great too. The location is walking distance to busy neighborhoods of the pratunam area and night market beside BaiYoke Hotel. The Myanmar bell-boy was very helpful and accommodating as well. Overall, we are satisfied stay here.

I highly recommend this hotel! 👍 It's very conveniently located right in the city center. Across the street there's a 7/11 store and plenty of different cafes. Early check-in is an added bonus—thank you for that. There’s also a lift available. The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again! 🙏🩷

Good location and nice rooms, with friendly staffs

We had a rest together with my daughter in a superior room with breakfasts from 10/07/24 to 10/10/24. We chose the hotel based on the following criteria: not old, possibility to get from the airport by public transport, proximity to the historical center, budget option, good reviews. True Siam Rangnam Hotel meets all the listed requirements. From Suvarnabhumi Airport we went by metro to the Ratchaprarop stop, then walked to the hotel according to the attached scheme. The room is spacious, clean, quiet, has everything you need: air conditioning, kettle, bottled water, hair dryer, safe, toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel), slippers (rubber). The beds are wide enough, comfortable. The hotel interiors and facades are made in the national Thai style, beautiful, we liked it. Very cozy restaurant, where we went for breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. There is a swimming pool on the top floor, you can take towels at the reception to visit it. The water is clean and pleasant. In the evening we admired the city lights. Breakfasts were quite satisfactory, there are egg dishes, vegetables, fruits, meat dishes, coffee. In the rain, we took umbrellas at the reception. In my assessment, I took off one star for the lack of services stated on the trip.com website: currency exchange and tour booking service. We needed these services, but they refused us, unfortunately. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the hotel. We recommend
