Hotels near University Mall, Jacksonville

Very nice and clean hotel. The front desk attendants are very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended!

I can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.

Hampton has always been the first choice for business trips, but the general price is relatively high, this one is relatively cheap, this hotel can face this price

The front desk was a little scarce at night but when the guy was at the front he was always attentive. I don’t remember his name but he wears a vest a lot.  And the food service people were great very kind and food was always stocked

I love this hotel. I have never had a bad stay here. The staff is always friendly and glad to see you.

It is a beautiful facility and our room was no exception with very comfy beds (and pillows). All of the service we required and received during our visit was timely and offered with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks in the lobby bar!!!

Convenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again.

Always my go to for airport travel. Love it 🦑 If you ever need a hotel near the airport, this is the one. Cheap, clean, and nice cats.
