GGuest UserI'm giving a shout-out to the starry sky and tranquility here—it's so romantic! Coming here for a weekend getaway with friends, the privacy and atmosphere were our top priorities. The car went right to our room, ensuring excellent privacy. We brought our own tea set and brewed tea around the stove by our tent, watching the sunset. After nightfall, the campsite wasn't as noisy as tourist areas; only the sounds of the wind and insects filled the air. We set off sparklers together, then wrapped ourselves in blankets and gazed at the stars—an experience I'd never even dream of in the city. Although we didn't go to a bustling, sleepless city, we found peace and romance just for the two of us, and it felt like our relationship deepened.

JJohannes Baattrup-AndersenIt's a lovely and spacious apartment in Wuhan. There was a washing machine with detergent in the room, air-condition, a big bed and a nice bathroom with a good seperate shower and a hair dryer. The owner was friendly and let us leave our luggage for free while we checked out the city in the afternoon before leaving. There are restaurants and small supermarkets in the area and the metro is only 7 minutes of walking away, however, just be aware that the metro (in my opinion) is not nearly as good and sufficient as in other cities in China. Overall a good stay for a very fair price.

GGuest UserWe found a treasure. Although the road into the mountain is long, it is far beyond our expectations. The most satisfying thing is not only the beautiful environment, but also the great service. It's like meeting a friend we haven't seen for a long time. It's very casual and comfortable. It feels like the boss is not operating for profit, but waiting for his friends from all over the world, waiting for an appointment. The children were very excited to see the wooden house, and they shouted that they would come again when spring comes. 😊

GGuest UserLocation: There's a lot to do in the area and a ton of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Baotong temple, Dream Plaza mall, and the subway station are all approx a 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hail a Didi in front of the hotel. During our stay, the outer facade seems to be under construction, so it could appear confusing re: how to enter the hotel, but there are signs pointing you towards the detour, and you can always ask the guards on duty for directions. Lobby is on the 2nd floor. Cleanliness: This hotel is very new, so the rooms feel pristine. Really appreciated having a bidet toilet. Slippers are excellent quality. Housekeeping replaces towels and amenities daily. Service: Everyone working here was polite and eager to help, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping. Facilities: The breakfast buffet is solid, complete with a noodle bar, traditional Chinese breakfast offerings and some Western options as well, plus a coffee machine that made a pretty decent espresso. It is, however, a bit pricier than other hotels we've stayed at...around 68 RMB per person per day. The laundry room was a bit challenging for us as well. You have to scan a QR code in order for the machines to work, and the QR code leads to an app that requires a Chinese phone number. The staff was kind enough to help us by using their own phones for the machines, but this means you can't really do laundry on your own if you're an international guest.

JJC101NI recently stayed at this hotel between 29 April to 2 May 2025. Check-In Experience Upon arrival, there was a noticeable queue at the lobby. The solo staff member did not promptly call for assistance, leading to guest dissatisfaction when a second line was eventually opened. Room Condition The initial room had a musky sandalwood-like odor, possibly from previous guests using spa amenities or smoking. I was offered two alternative rooms and chose the first one, but the smell persisted, likely due to the central air conditioning. The manager on duty provided fruits and snacks as a gesture of goodwill. Air Conditioning Both my friend and I found the air conditioning insufficiently cool, waking up sweaty during the night. Elevator System & Security The hotel employs a two-lift system: one from the ground floor to the 23rd-floor lobby, and another from there to the guest rooms. This setup raises security concerns. For instance, I encountered a man lingering in the lift without a key card, which was unsettling. Food Delivery Process The food delivery process is inconvenient. Deliveries are left on a table at a remote corner of the ground floor, requiring guests to navigate the two-lift system to retrieve their orders. Laundry Service On a positive note, the hotel offers a reliable laundry service with same-day pickup if requested before 5:30 PM, which is convenient for travelers packing light. Overall Impression While the hotel has commendable services, improvements in staff communication, room air quality, security measures, and food delivery logistics would enhance the guest experience.
