Yiheng Hotel deserves high praise! A special shout-out to Xiaoxue at the front desk; her service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Check-in was quick and gentle, she answered all my questions patiently and meticulously, making for a wonderful experience throughout. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the quiet atmosphere made for a very peaceful and comfortable stay. They also offer airport shuttle service, and when I checked out, Xiaoxue thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for me – a real treat! Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and the location is convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Chongqing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Whenever I travel with my pet by car, I almost always choose Somerset, it gives me such peace of mind. Service: Maintains the consistent service standards of Ascott Somerset apartments. Facilities: I was worried it might be old, but I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The washing machine, fridge, kitchen, and tableware were all fully equipped, making it feel just like home. As a Platinum member, my room was upgraded, the air conditioning was turned on in advance, and little gifts were prepared. This made for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the staff.

Pros: - The staff is very responsive and helpful. They texted us in advantage on Wechat for instructions and password to access. - The location is very nice, right next to Jianghan road and a night food street, very lively at night - Very reasonable price for such an apartment in this center area Cons: - The apartment building is very old, worn-out and dirty. And this is not reflected in the pictures of this apartment listing so we were very confused when we arrived - The apartment is provided with single use bed covers and towels, which are quite inconvenient - During our 4 nights here, the apartment got cleaned twice but the hygiene is not the best. We know the staffs are quite busy but there were still lots of hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor…etc show that it is not nicely cleaned as we expected Overall, since we expected fresh, clean, modern rooms, we don’t think this place suit our expectations. However, if you prefer the price and the area, we recommend the location.

Service: Perfect score! When we checked in, our original room type wasn't available yet, so they upgraded us to their best room for free. We were traveling with friends, and it provided a great environment for us to hang out. On the second day, we even got a late check-out, so we didn't have to worry about staying out late the night before! Ambiance: Friends visiting Wuhan should definitely book this place. It's great value for money, and you can walk to nearby attractions like Badong House and the riverside beach! Facilities: Excellent! The pictures are exactly what you get!

We are from Wuhan and have stayed here before. This time we came here to relax for a day, eat some snacks, drink some coffee, bask in the sun, chat with friends, and interact with the animals on the farm. It was very pleasant. The environment was good all day. The attitude of the staff was relatively good, and it is worth recommending.

The location of the bed and breakfast is near the Mulan Flower Village Scenic Area, adjacent to the Mulan Lake, the environment is super amazing, out of the villa 3 minutes to the lake, the villa has 5 rooms 6 beds, friends went to several homes, played quite happy, And still in Mulan Flower Village played until almost 10 o'clock back, ate the boss's wife made at 10 pm egg three fresh noodles, the children were quite happy, the next day ate the boss made firewood rice, and rowed a canoe, saw Beautiful sunset, good villa experience 😁

The place is pretty average and a bit dated. They kept it relatively clean but there was still some mould on the roof in the bathroom. It was comfortable enough for the price but not great. Worst thing I found was the smell of smoke in the room. It was really bad, they shouldn't allow smoking in tiny little rooms like that, or at least have some non-smoking rooms.

The room is quite spacious. It's a bit dated but clean. There's a snack street right downstairs, which is very convenient, and the lake view is also beautiful.

I would give a 10/10 if it's not because of the wifi in my room requires a Chinese number to activate. Otherwise, this hostel is a super gem, very clean, unbeatable location, friendly staff and has nice facilities
