Hotel near Chuhehan Street/East Lake/Hubei Provincial Museum,Wuhan
"This is a very nice hotel with excellent facilities, but there are some details to consider regarding its location and surrounding services. The facilities are new and comfortable, but the surrounding environment and staff service could be improved. Advantages: 1. Excellent Facilities: The room facilities are new and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The shower water temperature and pressure are very stable, which is a big plus. 2. Convenient Location: Transportation is very convenient. There's a subway station nearby, and the museum is within walking distance, making it very convenient for planning your itinerary. A taxi to East Lake Cherry Blossom Garden takes only 15-20 minutes, a reasonable distance. Disadvantages/Reminders: 1. Limited Dining Options: There are almost no restaurants near the hotel. If you don't want to go far at night, you might need to prepare food in advance or plan to order takeout. 2. Less Safe at Night: Walking back to the hotel alone at night, as you have to pass through an industrial park with dim lighting, can be a little unsettling. What's more frustrating is that drivers seem unwilling to drive into the park or to the lobby entrance, whether leaving or returning by taxi. This is inconvenient for travelers with luggage or those returning late without a car. 3. Room temperature cannot be adjusted automatically: Although the facilities are new, the central heating means the room temperature cannot be adjusted manually, which may affect sleep comfort. 4. Service details need improvement: The front desk staff were rather indifferent. While they answered all questions, the service lacked warmth. They also seemed unfamiliar with the surrounding area's routes; providing sightseeing suggestions would be helpful. Summary: If you value room quality and convenient transportation, this is a good choice. However, if you prioritize convenience, nighttime safety, or warm service, you should consider these factors. It's recommended to return to the hotel early during your stay and make good use of the subway."

"Normally I don't write reviews, but the butler kept asking, so I'll put some effort into this. I'm from ***** and stayed at the treehouse on a whim. The hygiene and environment were quite good, and the facilities were decent. The only issue was the electric curtain – pressing 'open' might close it, and pressing 'close' might open it. It's so smart it needs communication, but it doesn't speak human language; you just have to understand it. It was pouring rain the day we arrived, so the outdoor areas of the Fantasyland were closed. The indoor area wasn't very big, but the ticket price remained the same. When I went to the front desk to buy tickets, it was still 238 for one adult and one child. I mentioned it was almost 3 PM and asked if a night ticket might be more cost-effective. The ticket seller said she didn't have night tickets, only the 238 one, and that we could re-enter before 12 PM the next day. I've been spoiled by so many businesses now that I'm quite unaccustomed to not being immediately offered the cheapest price. The main thing is, while my child was playing, I was scrolling on my phone and discovered there was a cultural and tourism subsidy offering a 70 RMB ticket for two adults and one child. I instantly felt like I'd lost millions on my 'night ticket'. And then there's the food. We arrived around 2 PM at noon, and the staff at the Chinese restaurant said they were off work. When we left the park around 7 PM, the Chinese restaurant was closed again. We went to the bar, and they said they only had snacks, no rice or noodles. So, what to do? We had to order takeout. I never thought I'd be staying in a thousand-yuan room at a resort, holding cash, hungry, and waiting for takeout. The worst part is, takeout only goes to the delivery locker, and then the delivery is shuttled only to the outer gate of the treehouse. So, in the cold wind and rain, hungry, I had to walk down the tree, cross the bridge with an umbrella, to pick up our food. The next day, before leaving, my child insisted on petting the alpacas. I went to pay, and the guy in charge of the alpacas told me that hotel guests get a 25% discount. After some fumbling around, I realized the hotel had given me so many vouchers in the mini-program! Ah, I immediately extended our stay and used up all the complimentary game tokens and everything. My child even caught a doll, which made them very happy. The butler, Jixiang, was diligent and very responsive. They even gave my child a small cup as a parting gift. However, the butler is essentially just a dispatcher. There's significant room for improvement in face-to-face customer service, and the dining options also have huge potential. For a resort, you can charge a premium, but how can there be times when you have nothing to sell to your guests to eat?"

"Going out to run the game, this homestay environment is very exquisite, the sound insulation is a little worse, especially at 12 o'clock in the evening, and the guest service to improve the quality of this group of guests is very poor, walking and talking also knocking on the wrong door, more than an hour did not stop, to the front desk contact is also no effect, This homestay is still very good, the boss is also very enthusiastic, also gave a late check-out, and also delayed an hour to praise the boss"

"The lovely owner was incredibly kind! She immediately offered us a welcome tea break upon arrival, and when we were having a barbecue, she generously lent us her charcoal without hesitation! Before leaving, we accidentally clogged the toilet, which made me very embarrassed and apologetic, but she kept saying it was okay and that the staff would handle it – I was so touched! 🥹 The guesthouse was also exceptionally clean, and the rooms were fully equipped. I especially loved the huge courtyard and the soaking tub, as well as the very comfortable mattress and pillows. I usually have a terrible sleep in hotels and guesthouses, but this place was truly wonderful. We came here for a relaxing vacation after our exams, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It was so relaxing! The air was so fresh. Lately, I've been under a lot of stress and just wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center and relax for a few days. ฅ₍ᐢ⸝⸝̫‹ᐢ₎ฅ˒˒ After a barbecue with my boyfriend in the evening, enjoying drinks, the breeze, and a private hot spring was pure bliss. The redwood trees and the sunset were beautiful. Staying in such a lovely house and admiring the scenery was wonderful, and I was so lucky that the weather was fantastic every time I stayed! ⌯>ᴗo⌯.ᐟ.ᐟ They even gave us a small gift when we left—thank you so much! ദ്ദി˶ー̀֊ー́)✧ I'll definitely bring my family and friends next time!!!!"

"This is really the best folklore I have ever lived in, no one! The whole room is very clean, the yard is a great small garden, the next stairs are directly to Mulan Lake, the lake is clear to the bottom, can swim a boat and swim, leisurely! The landlord is very welcoming and very clean. Everywhere he goes, he is very particular. In a day, except for sleeping, he basically didn't stay in the house, and he didn't stay outside enough! The room is also great, newly renovated, bright and comfortable in style. There is a small pavilion in the yard, which is also a wind outlet. In summer, I stayed in it for a day, watching the lake view, blowing the breeze, and I can always observe the fishing situation below. Now I am still intoxicated. The friends in the same group have directly asked for the contact information, and have made an appointment to come back next time, a great experience!"
