"This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here."

"The front desk service was incredibly attentive and responsive to any issues. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The self-service laundry room was very practical, and there's also a gym. The room decor was also very comfortable. The location is superb, right next to Plaza 66, Wushang MALL, and K11, making it super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was quite good too. I'll definitely stay here again."

"The whole family chose this newly opened Atour for a family trip, and the overall experience exceeded expectations! The front desk service is particularly intimate. Considering our family travel, we took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. We also arranged an extra bed on demand. The bedding was in place. Although the hotel is a new store, the room is well done, the facilities are brand new, the room is spacious and bright, the mattress pillow comfort is online, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is very stable at night. "Staying here for my trip to Wuhan was super convenient! It's right on Sanyang Road, within walking distance to Hankou Beach, and surrounded by tons of great food – you can just wander around and find authentic local snacks everywhere. All the in-room facilities were in perfect working order; the hot water and air conditioning both worked great, and the AC was new and cooled down the room quickly. The linens were clean too. The staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade, which gave me a bigger room with a sofa big enough for two. The decor was also new and very stylish. It's really good value for money, and it was great to come back after a day of exploring and get a good night's rest. Highly recommended!"

"Is a Novotel not part of Huazhu still a true Accor? This time in Wuhan, I stayed at the Optics Valley Novotel, booking a 270° floor-to-ceiling window deluxe king room. Before my stay, I did some research and found that it's a brand under Accor from France, only opening in 2026. Many Novotels in China are under the Huazhu Hotel Group system, but this one isn't; it's a new hotel directly managed by Accor. I was a little apprehensive, wondering if it might be a bit lacking, but after my stay, I realized my worries were unfounded. The moment I pulled back the curtains, I knew I'd made the right choice. With windows on three sides, the view was incredibly expansive. Below was the streetscape of Optics Valley, and it was so pleasant to look out at night when the lights were on. The room featured smart controls, allowing me to turn off lights and close curtains with just my voice. As a lazy person, I literally turned off all the lights from bed before falling asleep 😂. The mattress was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The minibar was quite generous, stocked with Coke, Sprite, Oriental Leaf tea, and water, along with some snacks. Watching TV at night just feels incomplete without a can of Coke. Another detail I really liked was the pleasant fragrance throughout the entire hotel – the lobby, corridors, and rooms all had the same light, clean scent. Every time I got into the elevator, I couldn't help but take a few extra deep breaths. The service was genuinely warm too. I usually bring a few changes of clothes to hotels to wash them myself in the laundry room, but the staff saw me and directly helped me wash and dry them. When I went to pick them up, the clothes were still warm. At that moment, I truly felt the money spent was well worth it. Attention fitness enthusiasts 🙋! The gym actually has a power rack and dumbbells! I've stayed at so many chain hotels of similar prices, and most just throw in a treadmill and call it a day. This place truly understands what people who train need. Breakfast was also impressive. The Chinese dim sum included siomai, buns, dumplings, and purple rice balls. In the Western pastry section, there was a whole slab of honey that you could drizzle yourself, perfect with croissants and egg tarts. There were also several kinds of fruit; I had two rounds all by myself. The location was convenient as well, less than 2 kilometers from Optics Valley Square, making it suitable for business trips or leisure. There are also many dining options downstairs. In short, I was very satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Optics Valley. What does it matter if it's not part of Huazhu? The Accor brand holds its own."

"Due to work and personal life, I often go to different places. Generally, I will not specifically evaluate a hotel. But I personally recommend this Atour: 1, because it is newly opened, the hotel facilities are very new, the room layout is very reasonable, clean and hygienic. 2. The hotel is not close to the main road, the sound insulation effect is good, the room type I have booked is facing the community, so it is very quiet, plus Atour's own pillow, especially suitable for people who are not sleeping well and are afraid of noisy travel. 3, especially worth mentioning, the air conditioner outside the machine even installed shock absorbing spring, so there is almost no sound of the air conditioner outside the room. 4. The traffic around the hotel is more convenient, and there are more food. It is quiet in the middle of noisy. The breakfast is also very good and the variety is rich. It is OK to eat breakfast directly at the hotel for friends who like to eat hot dry noodles. 5. The front desk of the hotel is very polite and welcoming, especially yesterday afternoon, there are more people checking out and new stays, and they can solve various problems in an orderly manner.
