Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable.
Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Guest UserCompared to the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing where I've stayed before, my experience at this Wuhan location was a huge disappointment. Overall, I was very let down.
Let's start with the positives: The hotel lobby and public areas are grand and beautifully designed, creating a great ambiance. The facade certainly lives up to high-end hotel standards.
However, the guest rooms completely fall short of what you'd expect from the brand. The room interiors are ordinary, and the quality feels mediocre. What's even more outrageous is that the shower room fixtures were damaged and faulty. Having stayed in hotels in various cities for years, this is the first time I've encountered damaged bathroom hardware in a high-end luxury brand in China.
After discovering the issue, I immediately contacted the front desk. Staff promptly came to fix it, and the process was fine, but the hardware malfunction severely impacted my stay. Paying a premium price for a stay, yet not even being able to guarantee intact basic room facilities, really highlights the urgent need for the hotel to overhaul its routine inspections and room maintenance. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends looking for a high-quality stay.

I'm a light sleeper, and the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to an executive room. There were even some welcome snacks in the room.
It was raining continuously in Wuhan during my stay, so I ended up spending most of my time at the hotel. The overall room design was well-thought-out, and the bathroom area was spacious, with a bathtub offering a direct view of the high-rise cityscape. The pool and gym weren't crowded, which was very comfortable.
Although it's not in the city center, there are plenty of dining options, including a pretty good Cai Lin Ji hot dry noodle place nearby.
The only minor issue was that I put out the sign for a second housekeeping service during dinner, but no one came. Perhaps I needed to call.

YvonnejifangThe shower stall was thoroughly cleaned of limescale, and the amenities were neatly arranged, indicating good hygiene. A robot delivered items, which was quick and secure. It's a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by historical buildings like Bagong Mansion and Wuhan Customs Museum, as well as trendy areas like Tongcheng Yinxiang and Xian'anfang. It's perfect for both sightseeing and city walks.

Jchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

Guest UserThis is for our second night, and I wanted to add a few more details:
1. When the housekeeping staff cleaned our room, they noticed we used the table for drinks on the first night and replenished a box of tissues on the table, which wasn't there originally.
2. The housekeeper helped my girlfriend find her lost hairpin, even though we hadn't mentioned it beforehand. It's clear they clean very thoroughly, and they even folded our messy clothes. The housekeeper really deserves a commendation!
3. The turndown service was also good, and it's a nice touch that the hotel provides steam eye masks.
4. One point I missed in my last review that I'm adding here: I'm really curious why a hotel that opened in December 2019 is still using towels all manufactured in June 2019, with no replacements whatsoever. Personally, I don't think even my own towels would last seven years, let alone those used by rotating guests... There are quite a few things to complain about, but it's still pretty good value for money, and the afternoon tea is very photogenic. However, the hotel seems to put a lot of effort into the public areas, and the guest rooms really need more attention.

Guest UserI'd heard about Hilton Optics Valley for a while, and finally made it before the summer holidays. First, the pros: it's relatively close to Wuhan Station, less than thirty minutes without traffic, and the overall service attitude is good.
Now for the cons: I bought an afternoon tea package. When I first inquired about using the voucher, the server said I could just come over when I was ready to play cards. However, preparation actually takes 40-50 minutes. I suggested that next time they could inform guests to avoid long waits. The server immediately replied that this was stated in the voucher's terms of use, requiring advance booking and on-site preparation. In fact, the voucher page didn't say that at all, making it feel like they were blaming the customer for not reading the rules carefully. Secondly, I had been in touch with customer service before arriving, and when I asked if the outdoor pool was open, I was told yes. But in reality, only half of it was open, with the other half under maintenance. Thirdly, I requested a children's bathrobe in the room, and it didn't arrive for half an hour. I called again and it was delivered within five minutes, giving the impression it had been forgotten. Fourth, because there was a conference during my two-day stay, the evening buffet was not open to the public. Neither customer service nor the check-in staff mentioned this.
Overall, the service attitude is decent, but service awareness could be improved.

MichaelWang052660The location is super convenient, directly accessible from Exit D of Guanggu Avenue Station on Metro Line 2. The lobby retains the design of its predecessor, The Puyu, with a whole wall of bookshelves and bronze elements from Chu culture, giving it an 'ancient tomb chic' vibe that's both sophisticated and tasteful – perfect for photos.
The room itself is spacious. The dark wood paneling, while a bit dim, adds a touch of quality. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The bathtub and double sinks are a big plus.
Breakfast is definitely a highlight! They have all the classic Wuhan breakfast dishes like Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles), San Xian Dou Pi (three-delicacy tofu skin), and Mian Wo (fried doughnut). The freshly cooked noodle station is bustling with activity, and the Western cold cuts and freshly ground coffee are also excellent. You'll definitely be full before you head out for the day!
The overall service is attentive; the front desk even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor room with a view. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure. I'd definitely come back for a second stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

SenyanyuanSThe location is excellent, and the decor is new and modern, definitely worth the price. As a well-established star-rated hotel, it's impeccable. The night view from the room was fantastic, offering a panoramic sight of the Yangtze River cruise and the riverside business district. It was a shame it rained day and night, making everything a bit blurry. The surrounding amenities are complete, making it great for both leisure and business travelers. Miss N at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The only negative experience was after the hotel customer service added me on WeChat, they sent me over 10 messages relentlessly pushing me for a positive review. Even though I'm busy with work, I had promised to do it eventually, and being constantly hounded felt really unpleasant.
