It's incredibly clean inside, everything is brand new, and the amenities are very well-prepared. I usually stay in budget accommodations, and this is the first time I've found such a clean place with a TV! It was so good one day that I just stayed cooped up in my room..."

Fantastic City Center Stay with Relaxing Onsen My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated in the bustling city center, with major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation just a short walk away. It made exploring the city effortless and convenient. The on-site hot spring was a real treat: clean, spacious, and with perfectly warm water that melted away all stress. Soaking there after a day out was pure bliss and true relaxation. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, with quality bedding and all necessary amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff – everyone was genuinely polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. This hotel offers the ideal mix of prime location, soothing facilities, spotless rooms, and warm hospitality. A wonderful experience I’d highly recommend!

This was my first time staying here. Although check-in was late, at around 9pm, they handled it with a smile. However, it was a shame that I missed out on the alcoholic drink service in the lobby. The room was spacious and very convenient. The bed was wide enough that I, who am 156cm tall, could sleep sideways without any problems. As for breakfast, the main dish was a colorful salad. The corn soup had a strong corn flavour at first bite and was delicious, but the portion was quite large and it felt a bit heavy towards the end. The bread was very tasty. This hotel is recommended not only for sightseeing, but also for relaxing alone.

It's about a 50-minute drive from Hoshino Resorts in Hakodate to this hotel. The hotel offered free shuttle service, and on the return trip, they took us directly to the Hakodate ferry terminal for Aomori – so thoughtful! We had two nights and four meals. Both the buffet breakfast and the kaiseki cuisine were delicious. The sulfur spring and Shigesō spring were excellent – high-concentration spring water. We were treated like royalty and had a great experience. We'll definitely come back!
