"I'd call this unbeatable. First off, the front desk service was truly above and beyond my expectations. It was snowing heavily, and the bellhop was still waiting outside for guests to arrive, helping with luggage. The outdoor private onsen in the room was also exceptional; the view and atmosphere were incredible. The breakfast, with its unbeatable ocean view, topped it all off. "The hotel is a bit far from the city center; the closest bus stop is the botanical garden, and it's about a 15-minute walk from the tram. The public baths are located on the first and eighth floors. On the first floor, there's a sauna, a jacuzzi, a large indoor pool, a small outdoor one, and a cold plunge pool. In the evening, after your bath, you can grab some ice cream from the freezer next to the women's bath. On the eighth floor, there are two smaller pools, one indoor and one outdoor. From the outdoor pools, you can hear the ocean and smell the sea air. You need to bring towels from your room, but yukata are provided. In the room, there's tea, coffee, and cold water available."

The food quality was truly average. Although there was a lot of seafood and unlimited crab legs, it was just… mediocre. I ate one meal and never went back. I'd rather walk across the street to ”Ichimonji” for Hokkaido ramen 🍜. Coincidentally, it was a Japanese holiday, and the breakfast queue was unbelievably long 🤪. 3. **Clientele:** This hotel primarily caters to tour groups. Buses kept pulling up, dropping off loads of tourists, if you catch my drift. 4. **Accommodation:** The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. I'll spare you the details... 5. **Hot Springs:** Clean, and the quality of the hot spring water was good. It was slightly salty, and my skin felt silky smooth after bathing. There weren't many Chinese guests, and everyone was very particular about hot spring etiquette, maintaining personal space. This was a definite plus (especially with so many tour groups staying there)."

"The facilities are quite new. Dazheng Heping has two styles of hot springs. This time I lived in a Dazheng style room. I hope I can live in Pingcheng style next time.
