"This was our first time staying in a ryokan and it was beyond our expectations by a large margin. The service was incredible, and the attentiveness and kindness of the staff was greatly appreciated. The breakfast in the room was a treat in and of itself!
The location is about 45 or so mins by tram from the city centre or 12 mins by taxi. It is in the onsen part of the city with two foot bath onsens within 5 mins walking distance. The tropical nature park with the 'hot tub monkeys' are a 7 min walk away and the views are wonderful.
This was really a pleasure for us both to stay here and a real highlight for our whole trip to Hokkaido. Highly reccomend!"
