"This hotel is located very close to the East Gate of the scenic area, and just a stone's throw from Charming Xiangxi! It's the best hotel in the area. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, and the breakfast is great! Our butler, Lucky, contacted me in advance to provide important information, and the service was very thoughtful."

"## Facilities: The decor is exquisite, and the layout is also very refined, making it a very cozy hotel overall. The facilities are comprehensive, except for the air conditioning. It's quite noisy, and the temperature distribution is uneven, with noticeable temperature differences in various parts of the room. The room is also very dry; I woke up in the middle of the night with a parched throat, which was quite uncomfortable. There's no desk in the room. My junior high daughter had to go to the public reading area to do her homework. Unfortunately, hotel staff were playing cards in the reading area that evening for over two hours, until around 10:30 PM. My daughter ended up having to do her homework hunched over a sofa and a small table. ## Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. ## Environment: The location is very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is great. However, getting from the underground parking lot to the hotel is very inconvenient, and the signage is unclear. The underground parking garage is pitch black, making it impossible to feel secure. We share an elevator with the Hanting Hotel, but there's a short flight of stairs in the elevator lobby. It's not high, but it's inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. After exiting the elevator, you're at the Hanting Hotel, and it's another two-minute walk outdoors to our hotel, again with no signs. At this point, I started to wonder what exactly justified the price difference between this hotel and Hanting. The outdoor parking lot management is chaotic; cars are parked haphazardly, occupying a row of charging spaces, making them completely unusable for electric vehicles. ## Service: The service is excellent, very enthusiastic, and thoughtful. Especially the bartender last night, who patiently made a non-alcoholic cocktail for my child, bringing a bit of comfort to my studying little one."

"We were incredibly surprised and satisfied with the service and cleanliness here! The room was very clean and spacious, and the view of Tianmen Mountain was expansive and therapeutic, really brightening our mood. The hairdryer was powerful and easy to use, and all the facilities were exceptionally new, clean, and convenient. We also took advantage of the hotel's complimentary shuttle service, which was super convenient – the staff responded promptly and were very enthusiastic, and the drivers were incredibly friendly, recommending many great places to eat, all of which we tried! The drivers were polite and punctual, and drove very smoothly. Additionally, we booked a private car, tickets, and a guide for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park through the hotel's tour service. Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable, taking us to all the sights we wanted to see, and the itinerary was perfectly planned. The hotel breakfast was also excellent! The rice noodles, in particular, were delicious, and there was a wide variety of dishes, so many choices that it was almost overwhelming! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! The location is superb, the facilities are new and complete, and the staff are all friendly and enthusiastic – a perfect experience!"

"The place was kind of hard to find (seems to be a standard in China) but after getting there, service was amazing, I felt so welcomed and it was probably the best hostel I’ve stayed in China. Comfortable beds, clean common and sleep spaces and full toiletries including towels, which seems to be a rarity in China. 100 percent recommend staying there!"

"Upon checking in, I found ample parking available in both the hotel's above-ground and underground lots. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 100-meter walk to the Qishi Bailou (Seventy-Two Wonders Building) and a few minutes' drive to the Tianmen Mountain cable car scenic area. The front desk service was attentive, and they even provided two complimentary breakfast coupons. The guest room was clean, tidy, hygienic, and comfortable, with a well-designed wet-dry separation in the bathroom. The breakfast area offered a comfortable dining environment. This hotel is highly trustworthy and comes recommended."

"I rarely leave reviews, but this time I absolutely have to give a glowing one! I traveled solo to Zhangjiajie and stayed for five days. I booked a king room, and the butler proactively upgraded my room. The location is super convenient, very close to the East Gate of the Forest Park. The room was spacious, the views from the window were great, and the breakfast was also very rich. I don't know what material the duvet on the bed was made of, but it was so soft, I loved it! Most importantly, the butler service was excellent. They were incredibly responsive, helped plan my itinerary, and even booked discounted tickets for me. This saved me so much hassle on my spontaneous trip. Highly recommend!!"

"The hotel is so beautiful! I really enjoyed staying here. It is in a secluded area, so its about 30 mins to 东门 and an hour to 大峡谷, but I really didn't mind that because the room was so clean, spacious and comfortable. The view was also perfect especially during sunset (the trees will look kinda orangey)! The guys were very helpful and carried my insanely heavy luggage up the flight of stairs. The washing machine/dryer was also clean and working well! Detergent is also provided. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was a mini buffet style spread consisting of porridge, bread, fried rice, mantous and some side dishes. I like it and it was very filling! Check out was at 12, but the guy kindly let me stay until 6.30pm as my flight was at night. Note that this was possible because the room was not booked after my stay. I was so thankful because at least I got a good rest before my red eye flight, and I didn't have to rush back from the grand canyon. I highly recommend this accommodation. You won't regret it!"

"The front desk staff, Jiao Jiao, was very gentle and thoughtful, even helping us with a little gift. Xiao Zhang was also very cute and lively, asking if we needed bottled water. "Wow 🤩 This hotel stay absolutely exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, with tons of great food options nearby – step out and you're ready to explore and eat 🍔. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, so it was super quiet at night. The hotel pool is also very clean; a swim there was so relaxing. It's incredibly good value for money, I absolutely have to recommend it to all my friends, you've got to check it out! 🐛🐛"

"Clean and Spacious room with big cable tv where selected movies and cartoons are free. Tasty soup noodle breakfast, freshly prepared by a lady. Also have a few restaurants nearby. Tianmen mountain can be accessed by Didi within 6 minutes or walk too. Laundry is just near the reception and breakfast place with lots of hangers to dry your clothes in your room. Friendly receptionist and easy directions to the stay and restaurant recommendations . Good stay!"
