HHong JangWhen I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it.
Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu.
When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me.
The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed.
I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious.
Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help.
It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in.
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator.

房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。
下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。
而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。
这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。
唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

YYouxiandebaiyunThe hotel environment was very cozy, and the room was quite spacious. The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. QQingxiaoNGUThe room was spacious and very clean. The toiletries were all from well-known brands, which was reassuring, and they smelled great too. It's very close to the west slope of Changbai Mountain, and the courtyard-style design has a unique charm. They were incredibly accommodating with almost all our requests. On our last day, after coming down from the mountain, we booked a 4-hour day-use room to rest before our evening flight, and they let us stay for 6 hours without any extra charge. They even helped us arrange a free taxi to the airport.

She was very friendly and supportive, politely greeting us. The rooms were comfortable and tidy up everyday. This trip was filled with surprises at every turn. It's also close to the Dragon Cable Car, providing access to multiple runs once you reach the top, offering a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience. The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient.

TTangbutiandexiaowuI was pretty satisfied with the check-in process. Right at the airport exit, you can spot the Wanda Resort shuttle staff, and the bus is conveniently located nearby in the parking lot. Upon arriving at the MoMo Hotel, you need to download a WeChat mini-program to access the resort's perks. The ski passes for the ski benefits can be obtained right at the entrance, no need to go to the ski town (which gets very crowded). Around the ski town, there are many restaurants (where they usually offer free rides back to the hotel with your purchase) and supermarkets (prices are generally double the normal rate). There's an internal shuttle bus that runs every half hour to all the attractions. Dining and entertainment are pretty much confined to the resort itself; outside, it's quite barren, not as developed as the North Slope area.

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

GGuest UserPark Hyatt is the best hotel in Changbaishan town, with the most prime location and views. It has a private ski-in/ski-out access right outside, leading directly to the gondola station, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and very quiet, though the temperature was a bit low. The swimming pool and hot springs are excellent, with comfortable water temperatures, making for a great experience. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the quality is good. It's definitely the top choice for skiing at Wanda.

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰
