YYouxiandebaiyunThe hotel environment was very cozy, and the room was quite spacious. The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. Thank you all for your care and attention; a big thumbs up to the hotel! 👍

GGuest UserTraveling with my child for the Spring Festival, Hekou was a fantastic choice! My little one absolutely loved it. The evening performance with the 'iron flowers' was particularly spectacular, and the small snow tubing area was a hit with the kids. The room was comfortable, and the complimentary amenities offered great value for money. Breakfast was excellent! A special shout-out to Mark at the front desk – he helped us find our lost belongings, and we are incredibly grateful. We will definitely choose Hekou again for our next visit!

I can't imagine what this place would be like if it were in the middle of town. For a scenic area, the price is normal; you'd never find a slightly larger brand hotel with this level of service and environment at this price.

MM681841****This guesthouse really exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Wanda International Resort, with no detours needed. The decor is cozy with traditional heated 'kang' beds, which I'd never experienced before – so comfortable and warm. The natural light is amazing; you can see the Qinglong ski slope from the ski resort right from your window. The room was decorated so warmly, I immediately felt a great sense of hospitality. This guesthouse has everything you need, with a supermarket and restaurant on-site. The owner even built their own small ski slope, which we all had a blast on! The owner is incredibly nice, responds to messages super fast, and provided clear directions and check-in instructions before our arrival. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed any help. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again! I honestly recommend it to everyone.

SSarniaxiaoI really need to write a thorough review for this one! First and foremost, a huge thank you to my butler, James Mu Xueman. She's an absolutely wonderful young lady – so attentive, responsible, and kind. As a mom from the south, bringing my child to Wanda for skiing, my kid had a full and happy time staying here for several days. Skiing, playing in the snow, and soaking in the hot springs were all fantastic. The JinHua Resort Hotel is incredibly, unbelievably convenient. I originally booked the Park Hyatt, but then I heard from others that it was a bit far from the ski town. I'm so glad I switched to JinHua! The price was half that of the Park Hyatt, and most importantly, it couldn't be more convenient when traveling with kids – the ski center and restaurants in town are right next door! The room view was also super good. Xueman saw that I liked honey, so she had the housekeeper send up a few more bottles – one a day, making every day sweet! The room was also very clean, and the bed was huge. Even though it was more expensive over the Chinese New Year holiday, the included ski benefits and many other entertainment options made it really worth it. We hired three one-on-one ski instructors, and my child learned very quickly, always wanting more skiing each day. I will definitely choose JinHua Resort Hotel again for my next visit! I hope I'll get to meet Xueman again!

GGuest UserMy trip to Changbai Mountain was made incredibly warm by the exceptional and thoughtful service at the Wanda Jinhua Suites Hotel Changbai Mountain. From the initial 'guest' greeting to the continuous, attentive service throughout my stay, every detail left a lasting impression. I remember checking in and finding the room a bit warm; the butler immediately helped me resolve it. Before skiing, they repeatedly reminded me about the ski equipment deposit and ski card rules, saving me from potential hassle. Every morning, I received weather updates, advising me to dress warmly. This 'responsive and thorough' service truly put me at ease. The room facilities and amenities were also excellent. Upon departure, they thoughtfully inquired about my travel arrangements, making me feel like family. Thank you for your companionship during this time and for the high-quality service provided by the hotel. This was definitely my most unforgettable trip to Changbai Mountain!

DdoudouwayThe Swiss chalet was truly beautiful and very picturesque. Perhaps due to the Chinese New Year, the hotel's service capacity was really stretched. For the premium price we paid, the experience was quite mediocre, and it didn't offer the same value for money as the neighboring Holike. From check-in, it was chaotic with people cutting queues unchecked. Sparklers left by our door were taken. After skiing, our villa room wasn't ready. We were told to carry our own luggage to the second floor, which was unheard of. Even with an apology, I still find it unbelievable. We paid a super five-star price but received no five-star service. The underfloor heating temperature also couldn't be adjusted.

999xiangyangershengOverall, a great stay! It's convenient if you're driving to the service center, and for those without a car, there's a shuttle bus. The room was very warm in winter, and the breakfast selection was quite good. We also had a decent lunch. The staff were all very welcoming, making for an excellent check-in experience. The room was clean and comfortable – highly recommended! Manager David provided thoughtful service, promptly answering our questions and making the entire trip easy and enjoyable.

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰
