"We found the rooms to be quite comfortable. It’s also nice that they had a microwave and a kettle. It would’ve been even better if they provided some bowls and cutlery so that we can heat up and eat food.
Breakfast is also pretty decent."

"Staffs are well trained, accommodating and they are very attentive to the needs of the clients. Breakfast was so good. The only concern I noticed is the language of the television. It was confusing to use yet staffs are very willing to help and fix it. Lime is really our “go to” hotel. Definitely we’ll come back anytime soon. 😉"

Able to enjoy my stay here, staffs are so accomodating, the breakfast is so good, and the location of the hotel is good as well. It was near the airport, connected with the NWR Mall and there was a nearby church.

QiweitanuowaaertazhengxuanThe hotel exceeded our expectations overall. It's conveniently located, within walking distance to shopping areas and public transportation. The room was very clean, odor-free, and well-stocked with toiletries. Hot water was plentiful, and the soundproofing was good. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the hotel offers great value for money. It's perfect for a short stay, and I highly recommend it.

Ha Kok ChoyMy recent stay at this hotel was a big improvement. There's security at the entrance, it's easy to get a taxi, and the staff are very polite and patient. Just one minor complaint: the coffee machine at breakfast, all three coffee options tasted exactly the same. I suspect the pipes might be incorrectly connected. The management should really look into that.

Guest UserThat it was very near the airport. It was clean although there was a bad smell on the toilet and the heater on the shower was not working. I was not also given a welcome water when I arrived. I had to ask for it. I commend that they offer shuttle for people who will go to the airport and coming from the airport. The driver also tried to wait until my husband went into the airport before leaving to go back to the hotel. Over all I am satisfied with the service.

Anonymous UserThe room was clean and simple, with fresh white bedding and comfortable-looking pillows. The bed was spacious, and the room had a minimalist setup with enough space to move around. The wooden flooring and neutral colors gave it a cozy feel.
The room is quite basic and could use a little more decoration or additional amenities, but overall, it looks neat, tidy, and suitable for a short stay.
