AAna0527We arrived at hotel that has long queue on reception lobby hopefully in the future there will be a lot of receptionist. However it made my day when the Receptionist welcome us and Kudos to the amazing staff for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you so much granting my request for the complimentary upgrade to the Panorama Suite with bay view, which made our wedding honeymoon even more special and memorable. I love the most is the staff always greet even at the elevator and especially during breakfast time.
Overall I love all the amenities specially our rooms.
I Highly appreciate and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

PPat’s Travel DiariesFinally there’s an excellent hostel in Manila! The location is strategic, near commercial and fast food chains plus a lot of eateries nearby. The dorm room of 4 is clean and spacious and had complete amenities. They provide towel. However from personal experience I was a bit underwhelmed cos there’s no elevator and I had to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor because IDK but some guests had assistance going up and I wasn’t given towel right away. I had to ask in the front desk!
Firm suggestion: I hope you enforce hostel rules stricter. I was disgusted by what I saw in the quiet room. Someone cutting their toenails so gross! And they were so noisy while in the quiet room my gosh. Also, the shower cubicles seemed like they were owned by people already leaving their personal toiletries there, what kind of behavior is that?

GGen16I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

However, the breakfast options are limited, and due to the high volume of guests, items tend to run out quickly if you arrive late. The rooms are quite clean, and the facilities are new. The only downside is the sheer number of guests, which means check-in always feels like a long wait. In the evenings, there's a night market not far from the hotel where you can find local food.

The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive with my requests throughout our stay.
They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.

GGuest UserThis stay was definitely an improvement compared to my first visit. Everything felt more organized and comfortable, from the room setup to the overall service. The staff were more attentive and accommodating, which made a big difference in my experience. I also appreciated how clean and well-prepared everything was upon arrival. The location continues to be very convenient, especially with easy access to public transportation. Overall, it was a much better stay, and I would happily return again.

The swimming pool and garden are really nice considering it is in the middle of a city.
It is primarily a hotel for Filipinos, not many westerners there.
The only downside is the location, it is not easy to get to or from without a grab account

GGuest UserWe stayed at Asiatel to meet a friend. It was conveniently located nearby 3 of Nino Aquino Manila Airport. Location is its best attribute plus free luggage storage which travelers often need. There is an attached restaurant, other than that not many amenities; mostly a close convenient place to stay by the airport.
