GGuest UserThe stay itself was very good. The room is cute and clean. The stove and the basic utensils made it very convenient if you want to make something simple. But have to be careful about the time you come in. Other than the published ”starting from 11am” , there is also lunch break when there is no body there. So we had to carry our luggage around. But the lady's altitude was very nice and tried to help us afterwards.
This is much better than the ' EL MOMENTO' and the ' B RELAX GRAND TERRACE' . The three share the same building and the same office. The receptionists of these two cannot communicate in English. Young people they are surprisingly. Even worse, the guy from the B RELAX GRAND TERRACE hid behind the desk and mocked and laughed at us for needing help.

GGuest UserOne of the pillows on the bed had what looked like food/vomit stains, so I moved it near the front door. It seemed like it hadn't been washed, or maybe none of the bedding had. Also, a lot of cold air came in from the front door, making the room quite chilly at night.
