"Staff are polite and ready to assist. Easy luggage storage and check in. Room facilities are basic, but the bed is comfortable and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. However the showerhead was difficult to position and the tub is small so water sprayed everywhere on the floor. Free water bottles are provided. There could be more hooks installed for hanging clothes or personal toiletries. The bedsheets/pillowcases were discolored but not sure if this is related to hygiene or just the bedsheet style/color. They felt clean and didn’t find any weird objects except for some hairs on the pillowcases (the staff helped us replace them)."

"The vibes of the hotel were amazing and fantastic. Every corner of the decoration made us feel at home. The hostel provided everything we needed, including a kitchen and leisure area. Best of all, it is within walking distance of Taichung Station. The room was spacious, although you could hear noise from other rooms, so there wasn’t much privacy. The rooftop was awesome as well. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy coffee there because it was under renovation during our stay."

"The Japanese-speaking staff are very responsive to inquiries, kind, and provide helpful extra information. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean. On the first floor, there's a hot water dispenser with complimentary coffee, oolong tea, green tea, and jasmine tea. The location is excellent, with easy access to Taichung Second Market and Taichung Park. Miyahara, Chun Shui Tang (the original store), and Taichung Station are all within walking distance. The nearest convenience store is about 200m east across the street. The downsides are that the bath towels in the room show a lot of wear, and the bathroom shelf is a bit crooked. There are no amenities, so you need to bring your own. A morning stroll to Taichung Park is lovely and makes you feel like a local."

"It is a very nice hotel with great location. The hotel is located at around 10mins on taxi from the train station (25min walk). There is a tiny night market and a cinema nearby. The classic room has a very strange shape and is very small, so I won’t recommend for anyone. The service was great where the staff are polite and helpful. The hotel also offers bike lending service for free for up to 3hrs. This is very helpful for me exploring the city in a short period of time. One big issue I found is the sound proof is very poor. I was able to hear noise very clearly from people walking /talking outside my room."

"The first day we arrived there was a city cleaning and so there were so many cockroaches on the first floor but the staff was trying to clean it and it's not their fault. The rooms are very spacious and nice. Breakfast also included and very delicious. (The fries are the besttttt) Tho you have to walk a bit to another hotel, the aunty there is really nice! They no longer provide you plastic amenities but i guess that's for every hotel in Taiwan. Overall a really nice place to stay!"

Nice room is big, breakfast is delicious, it is also a very lively place in Taichung. The plug in the bathtub in the room was a bit loose. We leaked for a long time before we found out. TV has YouTube and Netflix accounts, I don't know if it was logged in by previous people or public accounts, but thanks for the support for making us have a good night.

I rented 2 rooms, because of private affairs to the residential area, the room is quite clean and tidy; unfortunately there is no place to hang clothes, I hope it can be improved. The hotel waiter is kind and courteous, if you have the opportunity to stay again next time!

Advantages: It is easy to get down from the interchange and dogs can be brought. I stayed in a deluxe room, the bed was comfortable, and the bathing area was super large, larger than the room area. There are large bathtubs, steam rooms, and shower beds. Disadvantages: I want heating but it has no practical function. It was still 20 degrees overnight. There is no dressing table. You have to stand up to blow the hair dryer on the sink. It is inconvenient to stay overnight. It is okay to rest for a few hours.

It was my first time visiting to Taiwan with family and friends. We had a very pleasant stay for 5 nights. The location is convenient for getting around, which made our trip much more enjoyable. The room amenities were well-equipped and met all my needs, making the stay comfortable and satisfying. One small suggestion would be to provide a few more hangers in the room, as it would be helpful for longer stays. Special thanks to the staff, Mr. Li (Lee). Whenever he was in charge of front desk, he was extremely helpful throughout our stay and always ready to assist with any requests. We truly appreciate his efforts in making our experience even more pleasant. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
