The staff at Chang Le were incredibly welcoming, providing excellent service from the moment they drove me up the mountain in an electric cart, to the explanations along the way, and even the patient explanations of the facilities in the treehouse. The service was exceptionally attentive and meticulous. Both the hot springs at the summit and the private hot springs in my room had excellent water quality and were very comfortable. The environment was quiet, and the hiking around the mountain provided just the right amount of exercise for a relaxing vacation. A very satisfying trip."

"Our experience was fantastic!! We booked our stay here to celebrate my husband's birthday and the hotel made it extra special! Tim, the floor manager was extremely helpful. He ordered a cake and had it delivered to our room, along with arranging any and all activities we were interested in. The language barrier was not a problem at all as Tim translated all the information we needed. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We especially enjoyed the hotel's breakfast - huge selection of food to choose from. There was a spectacular firework show both nights that we stayed at the hotel. The hot spring is right next to the hotel, you can walk a scenic route (About 2km) if you want to or take the free shuttle car between the hot spring and the hotel. There are lots of activities to do in and around the hotel. We travel a lot and have experienced many hotels, but we can truly recommend this hotel. You will get excellent service and high quality accommodation. A special thank you to Tim for playing such a big part in making our stay a memorable one!"

"It was a very satisfying trip. My family of three checked in on October 8th, booking a two-bedroom, one-living room room at Taoxie Viewing Bamboo. Our housekeeper, Li Sipeng, contacted me a day in advance to confirm our arrival time and provided us with detailed and clear information about the hotel. When we arrived at the parking lot, Li was already waiting for us and upgraded us to Taoxie Viewing Mountain. The experience was incredibly comfortable. My son and I each had our own suite, offering stunning views and an outdoor hot tub and swimming pool. The hotel also provided many helpful perks. The front desk, restaurant staff, driver, and staff were all courteous and helpful. Li was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Our photographer, April, was also a fantastic photographer, and I was thrilled to capture so many beautiful photos. The restaurant's cuisine was also delicious and suited our tastes. Overall, I had a wonderful impression of Bamboo Valley and will definitely return when I have time."

"Guests' cars are parked at the entrance and shuttled by electric carts. The scenery is stunning, with lush forests and bamboo groves creating a truly beautiful atmosphere. Spending money here is definitely worthwhile. This hotel left a deep impression on me. From the rooms and facilities to the service and environment, I was extremely satisfied. The mountaintop hot spring is definitely worth checking out. The villa rooms feature a spacious and bright outdoor soaking pool in the center, and the bedding is very comfortable, featuring many bamboo accents, providing me with a superior resting environment. The hotel facilities are also very complete. The butler, Xiao Rui, was attentive and responsible, answering my questions, helping me book meals, and providing complimentary toiletries. My review: I'll definitely come back next time!"

"This is a regular hotel, not a homestay. It is about 20 minutes' walk and five minutes' drive from Nanshan Bamboo Sea. This hotel is relatively large around Nanshan Bamboo Sea, with an outdoor swimming pool and a large pond with landscape. Parking is also very convenient, and you can park anywhere as long as there is a gap. The room is quite standard, and two 1.5-meter beds are suitable for a family outing, and it is not crowded at all. There is also a children's slide in the room, as well as a free racing car. It is recommended that the hotel understand the guests' situation in advance. If the guests' children are older, there is no need to arrange a room with a slide, which can't be played at all and takes up space. The breakfast is also quite standard. Many people ate at 7 o'clock in the morning, and everyone rushed to the first wave to go to Nanshan after eating. Finally, I would like to praise the front desk at 7 o'clock in the evening on May 1st. It is really enthusiastic, and they are not tired of answering guests' questions and giving reasonable suggestions. Such a front desk is to increase the impression points of the hotel!"

"The B&B is located near Nanshan Bamboo Sea. It can be said that it is very convenient for eating and playing. The hotel has just opened. The facilities and rooms are very new. The design is mainly white and looks bright and comfortable. I also chose this place because it is pet-friendly, and the hotel staff love puppies. Very kind and the food cooked in the kitchen is delicious! You can discuss with the proprietress to choose small portions according to your appetite, so you won’t waste food! The private hot spring in the room is very comfortable, you don't feel cold at all, and you feel refreshed after taking a bath. It was a pleasant two days and one night. I would like to take my parents here to relax if I have time~"

The bamboo sea view room of the hotel is very nice. You can see the lush greenery and breathe fresh air when you open the curtains in the morning. "🛏️About the room: Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it... 🎙️Late-night horror moment: I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️ 🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast: It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!"

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
