"The price was reasonable, and it wasn't far from the downtown core compared to other hotels, which made it easy to get to souvenir shops and supermarkets. Parking wasn't super spacious, but there was always a spot available. There's a gas station right next door, so it was convenient to fill up before parking if you had a rental or your own car. The front desk is in the building right next door, and checking in and out was a breeze. The best part was that the deposit refund was processed immediately. It was a huge relief not having to constantly monitor whether I'd get my deposit back, which is often a source of stress on trips. That was definitely the highlight."

"This hotel is the best hotel to stay in Banff. Very easy to travel around Banff for your activities ,it’s super clean . We loved our stay here.. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. If ever we come back to Banff it’s easy to say I’ll be booking here again."

"Hotels in Banff in July were incredibly expensive. A decent hotel cost around 3,000+, which was beyond my means. Although I was initially hesitant to stay in a hostel-like hotel, I took the plunge and it turned out quite well. It's a bonus to have a roommate who doesn't snore. Pros: Laundry, a kitchen, and a common area are all available, meeting basic needs. Cooking your own meals is fun and saves money. Cons: Showering is inconvenient."

"Room was in excellent condition as was the bathroom.   Room was very large with a king bed, two large sitting chairs in front of a wood burning fireplace and a separate desk area.  Restaurant had interesting signs and was very good.  The Inn is a little far from Banff center to be able to walk there."

"The hotel is located on the edge of town, but it's not too far to walk to the town center, about a 10-15 minute stroll. The room amenities are quite basic, showing that the hotel is likely a bit older. Free parking is available in the hotel's underground garage. It's not great value for money, but then again, hotels in Banff are generally expensive."

However, the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes, or other toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own or buy them at the town's supermarket."

"The staff was friendly. The room is tidy and clean with old fashioned furniture. The stay was situated slightly distanced from the main streets and would be a bit difficult to walk in heavy snow (wouldn’t be a problem if it was not snowing). The parking was convenient. One thing to note is that we could not find the amenity building and a map would help a lot. Overall, it was a valuable and comfortable stay in Banff."

"The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Wasn’t happy about the Spa as the sauna was not hot enough and the dial to increase the temperature didn’t work. The whirlpool was a nice temperature. The restaurant at the hotel was giving smaller portions but charging high prices. I ordered a large salad for dinner and got something comparable to a small salad. The waiter was impatient as he wanted to run over with the payment machine as soon as I had finished my salad and tea."
