Banff Hotels with Wifi

"Surprising cabin, we had a pleasant 2 nights here. The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen and living room were together, the bedroom was bigger than expected, and the bedding was very comfortable. There is heating, the fireplace can also be used, we asked the staff to help us make the fire. There are microwave ovens and induction cookers, simple kitchen utensils, we went to the supermarket to buy ingredients and made dinner by ourselves. In the evening, there was a deer eating grass on the lawn downstairs. The hotel has its own soup pool, which is very small, we are too tired to go soak. The staff is very welcoming and the old-fashioned door lock is not very easy to use."

"I stayed for three nights. The room was quite spacious and clean, and it was great that it came with amenities like a kettle. The location was a bit average, right at the end of the town's main street, but I figured there wasn't much to explore in town anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. The front desk service was quite poor; the staff were expressionless. The first room they gave me was two floors above the hot spring pools. I wanted to change, but the front desk said there were no suitable rooms. After Ctrip intervened, they offered me another room, but I declined after seeing it was too noisy, being next to the road. Around 9 PM, after showering, it suddenly became very noisy. I realized a group of Indians had come to the hot springs and were playing music loudly from a speaker. I reported it to Ctrip twice, but it kept happening. The hotel then called me multiple times, offering to immediately switch my room (implying the speaker wasn't theirs, but they weren't doing anything about it). Since I was already asleep, I declined and agreed to switch the next day. I'd like to thank Ctrip customer service for their help here. I didn't fancy a Western breakfast, so for convenience, I just ordered à la carte coffee and toast from the hotel's ground floor, which turned out to be delicious! The price wasn't expensive either, highly recommended! The hotel's bedding felt a bit rough, and the air conditioning unit made a loud humming noise. These are areas that could definitely be improved."

"Good location, staff were great and very friendly. Doesn’t have any extra amenities in the building but your able to walk across the road to the sister hotel and use theirs. Only issue was the second floor common area( floor I stayed on) smelt like car urine or something like that? The rooms were good and had no smell, but having to walk through that area everytime was some what of putting. Despite that, I would certainly stay here again. Thanks"

"Handy parking & great location with easy walk to shops & restaurants. Room was clean & nice to have a balcony with some views. Reception desk is located in the next hotel which is slightly inconvenient"

"The room size was small and needed better planning on interior arrangements. Same goes for the bathroom. The room could have been better lit … dark gives gloomy impression and as if there’s something being hidden (like the floor carpet which we felt needed a better cleaning). The reception service is outstanding and people there are very helpful. They also have a fitness club and spa. The parking is in the basement and is easy. They also give complimentary bus tickets for those who want to explore places on bus. We didn’t need it as we had our own car."

"Superior location Every day does House keeping tidy and clean bedding is also very comfortable Free drinks provided are also very standard 👍🏻 The room terrace is located at the back of the hotel although the view is good but the smell of oil smoke from the nearby restaurant will blow into the room basically will not go outside the terrace is a bit unfortunate The hairdryer style is also very old feels like there will be a risk of leakage"

"Felt like a good 10-15 minute walk from the centre to the hostel. Good security measures. Bar is a little small and no room to move around at breakfast time and people are hovering and it gave me anxiety looking for the breakfast food as it was overwhelming with so many crowded people. Although can’t complain as it’s free and comes with your booking. Decent rooms but 2nd night in there is no cleaning I.e vacuuming not done as of yet and there’s a dead bug on floor. Friendly staff at the counter. Spacious room for luggage (6 bed share) and you need a thick locker key set for the lockers. Byo shower mat, slippers, hangers. Great bedside sockets curtain privacy!"

"Attractive and super clean room which was noisy at first but the hotel sorted it quickly, we really liked the space, the spa and the location was fine for us. Al good! Our only issue was that the service was a bit light on, but it didnt really bother us. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room is small, the overall tone is darker, the air conditioner in the room is super noisy, no wonder earplugs are provided for guests at the bedside, the price-performance ratio is not as good as the newly opened Canoe suites, but fortunately it is located in the center of Banff Avenue, very lively, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around, so it can be said that it has no merits or demerits."

"The rooms have a certain design, but aren't particularly practical. The heated pool is nice. However, the room was a bit slow to be cleaned, requiring a wait of about half an hour upon check-in. The hotel has plenty of activities to enjoy."
